    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan variasi drilll shooting terhadap peningkatan akurasi shooting . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain Akademi Persib Bandung. Sampel berjumlah 26 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan Test Shooting. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Uji Paired Sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan latihan variasi shooting memberikan perngaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemain akademi Persib. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai sumber referensi bagi para pelatih dalam melatih akurasi shooting dan sebagai referensi pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya bagi mahasiswa olahraga, pelatih dan lainnya.

    This study aims to determine the effect of drilll shooting variation training on improving shooting accuracy. The method used in this research is experimental method. The population used in this study were Persib Bandung Academy players. The sample was 26 people who were taken using total sampling technique. The instrument in this study used the Shooting Test. The data analysis technique used is the Paired Sample t-test. The results showed that shooting variation training had a significant effect on Persib academy players. The implications of this research can be used as a reference source for coaches in training shooting accuracy and as a reference for further research development for sports students, coaches and others.
