Abstract
Pendahuluan: Jumlah angka kematian dari komplikasi diabetes melitus tipe 2
diperkirakan mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Pada perilaku diabetes melitus ini
diperlukan kebiasaan hidup yang sehat. Cara yang digunakan dalam bentuk mendukung
kebiasaan hidup sehat salah satu nya dengan melakukan aktifitas fisik seperti senam
diabetik. Tujuan: Menganalisis efektifitas terapi senam diabetik terhadap peningkatan
perfusi jaringan perifer dengan pengukuran nilai ABI pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2.
Metode: Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain
Quasi Exsperiment “PreTest – Post Test with control group”. Jumlah sample 44
responden dengan 22 orang kelompok intervensi dan 22 orang kelompok kontrol.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Menteng pada bulan April - Mei 2024.
Hasil: Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 1 bulan dengan hasil ditemukan adanya perbedaan
antara kelompok yang diberikan senam dengan kelompok yang tidak diberikan senam.
Hasil Uji Wilcoxon memperoleh nilai p-value = 0,000 dan pada Uji Mann Whitney
dengan p-value = 0,000 pada kelompok intervensi. Kesimpulan: Adanya pengaruh
efektifitas senam diabetik terhadap perfusi jaringan perifer pada pasien diabetes melitus
tipe 2.
Introduction: The number of deaths from complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus is
estimated to increase every year. In this diabetes mellitus behavior, healthy living habits
are needed. One of the methods used in the form of supporting healthy living habits is by
doing physical activities such as diabetic gymnastics. Objective: To analyze the
effectiveness of diabetic gymnastics therapy on increasing peripheral tissue perfusion by
measuring ABI values in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: The type of
research conducted was quantitative research with a Quasi Experiment design "PreTest -
Post Test with control group". The number of samples was 44 respondents with 22 people
in the intervention group and 22 people in the control group. This research was
conducted at the Menteng District Health Center in April - May 2024. Results: This
research was conducted for 1 month with the results finding a difference between the
group given gymnastics and the group not given gymnastics. The results of the Wilcoxon
Test obtained a p-value = 0.000 and the Mann Whitney Test with a p-value = 0.000 in the
intervention group. Conclusion: There is an effect of the effectiveness of diabetic exercise
on peripheral tissue perfusion in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
