Abstract
Hasil studi pendahuluan, yang penulis lakukan pada tanggal 23 April 2024 kepada wali kelas dan kepala sekolah RA Ar Rahmah Tasikmalaya. Mereka mengatakan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak anak di RA Ar Rahmah tasikmalaya metode bercerita sudah diterapkan akan tetapi masih belum menggunakan media yang bervariasi guru hanya menggunakan buku-buku bergambar, dan pada saat guru melakukan proses kegiatan bercerita melalui buku bergambar masih ditemukan kendala-kendala, terutama ada sebagian anak masih banyak yang belum dapat menyimak cerita dengan baik. Terdapat berbagai kegiatan, metode ataupun media, yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengoptimalkan keterampilan menyimak anak. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian yakni menggunakan PTK dengan model John Elliot. Menurut Elliot Penelitian tindakan kelas merupakan kajian tentang situasi sosial dengan maksud untuk meningkatkan kualitas tindakan melalui proses diagnosis, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemantauan, serta mempelajari pengaruh yang ditimbulkannya..hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, didapat bahwa pada perencanaan pembelajaran skor yang didapat pada prasiklus adalah skor 101 dengan persentase 60,12%, sedangkan pada siklus I dengan jumlah skor 116 dan persentase 69.05%. dan pada siklus 2 berjumlah skor skor 136 dan persentase 80.95%. pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran skor yang didapat pada prasiklus adalah skor 166 atau dengan persentase 55,33 %, sedangkan pada siklus 1 dengan jumlah skor skor 237 atau dengan persentase 79 %. dan pada siklus 2 dengan skor 264 atau dengan persentase 88 %. pada hasil pembelajaran kemampuan menyimak anak pada prasiklus dengan jumlah skor skor 88 atau dengan persentase 10,26%, sedangkan pada siklus 1 dengan skor 516 atau dengan persentase 60,14 % . dan pada siklus 2 dengan skor 741 atau dengan persentase 86,36 % . According to Elliot, class action research is the study of social situations with the intention of improving the quality of action through the process of diagnosis, planning, implementation, monitoring, as well as studying the influence it implies. The results of the research that has been carried out, it has been found that in the planning of learning scores obtained in the pre-cycle are scores 101 with a percentage of 60,12%, whereas in the cycle I with a total of scores 116 and 69.05%. and in the Cycle 2 with a score of 136 and 80.95%. in the implementation of the learning score obtaining in the prescycle is the score of 166 or with a percent of 55,33%, while in cycle 1 with the total score of 237 or with 79%. and at cycle 2, with a score of 264 or with 88%. on the learning outcomes of children's listening skills in the pre-cycle with a total score of 88 or a percentage of 10.26%, while in cycle 1 the score was 516 or a percentage of 60.14%. and in cycle 2 with a score of 741 or a percentage of 86.36%.
