Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih kurangnya pemahaman siswa terkait materi yang ada pada elemen NKRI khususnya materi perangkat desa atau kelurahan dan kecamatan sehingga berimplikasi kepada hasil belajar siswa yang belum maksimal. Hal itu bisa dibuktikan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh dari studi dokumentasi sebesar 40% siswa belum tuntas. Selain itu, penggunaan media di dalam pembelajaran masih terbatas dan terlalu terfokus pada buku. Sehingga menjadikan siswa cenderung kurang aktif, kurang antusias, kurang fokus dan konsentrasi, serta mudah cepat bosan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan media berupa Kartu Negaraku untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada elemen NKRI Pendidikan Pancasila Fase B terkait materi perangkat desa atau kelurahan dan kecamatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Design and Development (D&D) dengan model ADDIE melalui lima tahap yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Hasil persentase rata-rata perolehan skor dari semua ahli yaitu sebesar 96% berada pada kategori sangat layak. Media Kartu Negaraku diujicobakan kepada siswa Fase B khususnya kelas IV Sekolah Dasar melalui pre-test dan post-test. Peneliti juga melakukan uji N-gain dari hasil pre-test dan post-test untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari media Kartu Negaraku dengan hasil perhitungan rata-rata 0,77 yang menunjukkan bahwa Kartu Negaraku berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa pengembangan media berupa Kartu Negaraku dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada elemen NKRI khususnya materi terkait perangkat desa atau kelurahan dan kecamatan Fase B kelas IV-A Sekolah Dasar. This research is motivated by the lack of student understanding related to the material in the elements of the Republic of Indonesia, especially the materials of the village or sub-district apparatus so that it has implications for student learning outcomes that are not optimal. This can be proven by the student learning outcomes obtained from documentation studies as 40% of students have not completed it. In addition, the use of media in learning is still limited and too focused on books. So that students tend to be less active, less enthusiastic, less focused and concentrated, and easily bored. Based on this, this study aims to develop media in the form of Negaraku cards to improve student learning outcomes in the elements of the Republic of Indonesia Pancasila Education phase B related to village or sub-district apparatus materials. The research method used is Design and Development (D&D) with the ADDIE model through five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The result of the average percentage of score obtained from all experts, which is 96%, is in the very feasible category. The media of the Negaraku card is tested for phase B students, especially grade IV of elementary school through pre-test and post-test. The researcher also conducted an N-gain test from the results of the pre-test and post-test to determine the effectiveness of the Negaraku card media with an average calculation result of 0.77 which showed that the Negaraku card was in the high category. Based on this, it can be said that the development of media in the form of Negaraku cards can improve student learning outcomes in the elements of the Republic of Indonesia, especially materials related to village or sub-district apparatus and phase B of grade IV-A elementary schools.
