Abstract
Latar belakang yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah studi konfirmasi tingkat efektivitas kinerja pegawai di Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Cianjur. Efektivitas kinerja pegawai dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah
satunya ialah dipengaruhi oleh pengelolaan arsip dinamis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pengelolaan arsip dinamis, tingkat efektivitas kinerja
pegawai, serta pengaruh pengelolaan arsip dinamis terhadap efektivitas kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data
menggunakan kuisioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 41 pegawai pada Bagian Kearsipan Dinas Arsip dan Perpustaaan Kabupaten Cianjur. Hasil pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menghasilkan gambaran pengelolaan
arsip dinamis berada pada kriteria efektif dan gambaran tingkat efektivitas kinerja pegawai ini berada pada kriteria tinggi. Maka dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil
uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa sistem pengelolaan arsip dinamis memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kinerja pegawai di Dinas Arsip dan
Perpustakaan Kabupaten Cianjur.
The background raised in this research is a study confirming the level of effectiveness of employee performance at the Cianjur Regency Archives and Library Service. The effectiveness of employee performance can be influenced by
several factors, one of which is influenced by dynamic archive management. The aim of this research is to determine the level of dynamic records management, the level of effectiveness of employee performance, and the influence of dynamic records management on the effectiveness of employee performance.This research uses a survey method with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample in this research was 41 employees in the Archives
Section of the Cianjur Regency Archives and Library Service.
The results of data processing in this research produce a picture of dynamic archive management that is at the effective criteria and a picture of the level of effectiveness of this employee's performance at the high criteria. So, based on the
results of the hypothesis test, it was found that the dynamic records management system has a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of employee performance at the Cianjur Regency Archives and Library Service.
