Abstract

Dunia kini sedang mengalami era globalisasi yang mempercepat pergerakan dalam banyak hal, mulai dari peradaban, barang dan jasa, teknologi, hingga budaya. Contoh dari globalisasi adalah cara masyarakat menikmati konten video, berawal dari menonton video menggunakan kaset DVD dan pergi ke bioskop mulai beralih menggunakan media streaming menggunakan internet. Netflix merupakan perusahaan yang dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan jaman melalui inovasi layanan SVoD (Streaming Video on Demand). Pemanfaatan teknologi ini berakhir positif karena sekarang Netflix merupakan market leader untuk layanan ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari persepsi nilai terhadap minat pembelian ulang layanan Netflix di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif kualitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasi. Dalam pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menerapkan teknik kuesioner, dimana kuesioner akan dibagikan kepada responden secara daring melalui Google Form. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan Variabel Persepsi Nilai terhadap Minat Pembelian Ulang Netflix. The world is currently experiencing an era of globalization that accelerates movement in many aspects, from civilization, goods and services, technology, to culture. An example of globalization is the way people consume video content, transitioning from watching videos using DVD tapes and going to cinemas to using streaming media over the internet. Netflix is a company that has adapted to the times through innovation in SVoD (Streaming Video on Demand) services. This technology's implementation has ended positively, as Netflix is now the market leader in this service. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of perceived value on the interest in repurchasing Netflix services in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive and verificative qualitative research method with a correlation research design. In data collection, the study applies a questionnaire technique, where the questionnaire will be distributed to respondents online via Google Forms. The study uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is correlation and simple linear regression. The final results of this study show a significant positive effect of the Perceived Value variable on the Interest in Repurchasing Netflix.
