Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa temuan masalah pada penggunaan e-learning EduKAI di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan PT Kereta Api Inndonesia. Permasalahan tersebut antara lain user inferface (UI) dan user experience (UX) yang kurang user friendly bagi karyawan pengguna EduKAI, keamanan sistem atau cybersecurity yang masih belum memiliki keamanan komprehensif, dan variasi media yang digunakan pada e-learning EduKAI masih terbilang cukup monoton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai persepsi peserta pelatihan dalam jaringan terhadap penggunaan ¬e-learning EduKAI melalui technology acceptance model. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif survei. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 1581 orang. Adapun sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, lalu ukuran sampel ditentukan dengan rumus Taro Yamane lalu didapat sampel berjumlah 320 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert empat pilihan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif presentase dari setiap konstruk perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, dan behavioral intention to use. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan informasi bahwa persepsi peserta pelatihan dalam jaringan ditinjau melalui keempat konstruk TAM secara umum menunjukan hasil yang positif. Hasil positif tersebut membuktikan bahwa penggunaan e-learning EduKAI oleh peserta pelatihan dalam jaringan tergolong baik dan EduKAI benar-benar bisa memfasilitasi program pendidikan dan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan secara daring. This research is motivated by the findings of problems in the use of e-learning EduKAI at the Training Center of PT Kereta Api Indonesia. These problems include user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) which are less user friendly for employees who use EduKAI, system security or cybersecurity which still does not have comprehensive security, and the variety of media used in EduKAI e-learning which is still quite monotonous. This study aims to obtain information about the perceptions of online training participants towards the use of EduKAI e-learning through the technology acceptance model. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with descriptive survey research methods. The population of this study amounted to 1581 people. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling technique, then the sample size was determined using the Taro Yamane formula and a sample of 320 people was obtained. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a four-choice Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was the descriptive analysis of the percentage of each construct of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, and behavioral intention to use. The research findings show information that the perceptions of online training participants viewed through the four TAM constructs generally show positive results. The positive results prove that the use of EduKAI e-learning by online trainees is good and EduKAI can really facilitate education and training programs conducted online.
