Abstract
Magang bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka yaitu kegiatan pendidikan yang diselenggarakan oleh Kemendikbud Ristek, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesiapan dan keterserapan mahasiswa di dunia kerja. Dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur yang menjadi peserta Magang Bersertifikat di Kementerian PUPR. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mix method model exploratory design. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur serta sampel berjumlah 12 mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur yang melaksanakan Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka di Kementerian PUPR dan praktisi di Kementerian PUPR. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Pelaksanaan Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka di Kementerian PUPR yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur menunjukkan kemampuan beradaptasi, kolaborasi, dan penggunaan pengetahuan teknis di lapangan. Namun pada pelaksanaan magang yang dilakukan oleh mahasiiswa menunjukkan juga kemampuan kurang inisiatif, berpikir kritis, dan kurangnya pengembangan pengetahuan serta keterampilan khusus; 2) Kesiapan kerja pada kompetensi Fasilitator Pembangunan Masyarakat oleh mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur sesuai dengan SKKNI No 260 Tahun 2018 berada pada tingkat yang cukup mampu dalam pemahaman dan praktik kompetensi fasilitator, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan untuk mencapai standar yang optimal. Sementara itu untuk kesiapan kerja pada kompetensi Praktisi Konstruksi oleh mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur sesuai dengan SKKNI No. 193 Tahun 2021 berada pada tingkat dengan kemampuan yang baik dan telah mampu memenuhi standar kompetensi praktisi konstruksi yang ditetapkan; 3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Pelaksanaan Magang Bersertifikat Di Kementerian PUPR dengan Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur yang dibuktikan nilai correlation coeffiecients sebesar 0.735. Artinya hubungan pelaksanaan magang bersertifikat di Kementerian PUPR dengan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur termasuk pada kategori yang kuat. The Independent Campus Certified Internship is an educational activity organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, with the aim of increasing the readiness and absorption of students in the world of work. In its implementation, there are Architectural Engineering Education students who are participants in the Certified Internship at the Ministry of PUPR. This study uses a mix method model exploratory design method. The informants in this study were Architectural Engineering Education students and a sample of 12 Architectural Engineering Education students who carried out the Independent Campus Certified Internship at the Ministry of PUPR and practitioners at the Ministry of PUPR. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study are: 1) The implementation of the Independent Campus Certified Internship at the Ministry of PUPR carried out by Architectural Engineering Education students showed the ability to adapt, collaborate, and use technical knowledge in the field. However, the implementation of the internship carried out by students also showed a lack of initiative, critical thinking, and lack of development of knowledge and special skills; 2) Work readiness in the Community Development Facilitator competency by Architectural Engineering Education students according to SKKNI No. 260 of 2018 is at a fairly capable level in understanding and practicing facilitator competency, but still needs to be improved to achieve optimal standards. Meanwhile, work readiness in the Construction Practitioner competency by Architectural Engineering Education students according to SKKNI No. 193 of 2021 is at a level with good ability and has been able to meet the established construction practitioner competency standards; 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the Implementation of Certified Internships at the Ministry of PUPR and the Work Readiness of Architectural Engineering Education Students as evidenced by the correlation coefficient value of 0.735. This means that the relationship between the implementation of certified internships at the Ministry of PUPR and the work readiness of Architectural Engineering Education students is included in the strong category
