Abstract

Pada tanggal 14 November 2023 KPU Telah menetapkan nomor urut pasangan capres dan cawapres 2024, pada kesempatan itulah setiap paslon diminta untuk berpidato. Isi dari pidato Paslon 1 adalah Menekankan pentingnya menjaga suasana kompetisi yang sehat dan menyamakan Pemilu dengan kompetisi sepak bola yang penuh semangat, riang gembira, dan kebersamaan. Lalu pada pidato paslon 2 ia lebih Mengapresiasi kinerja KPU, Bawaslu, dan DKPP, serta menyerukan pentingnya menjaga persatuan bangsa. Terakhir pada paslon 3 Menyuarakan kekhawatiran terhadap situasi politik yang ada, serta menyerukan pentingnya melanjutkan reformasi dan menjaga kesatuan negara. Pidato tersebutlah menjadi objek penelitian ini dengan cara dianalisis tindak tuturnya. Sebagaimana dengan teori yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah teori Austin yaitu bahwa tindak tutur merupakan bentuk tuturan atau ujaran yang disampaikan penutur untuk memengaruhi mitra tutur (Austin, 1955). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi, lokusi, dan perlokusi dalam tuturan pidato setiap paslon. Dengan begitu dapat diketahui pemaknaan dan tujuan dari penutur menuturkan isi pidatonya. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan cara mentranskripsi pidato pada video lalu dikaji satu persatu menggunakan teori Austin. Kesimpulan pada analisis ini adalah Tindak tutur pada setiap paslon di dominasi oleh tindak tutur ilokusi Ekspresif. Paslon pertama fokus pada fenomena viral, Piala Dunia, dan mengaitkannya dengan isu pemilu agar relevan. Paslon kedua lebih mengekspresikan emosi dan menjaga hubungan sosial, sedangkan paslon ketiga melaporkan kejadian untuk mendapatkan empati audiens. Hasil perlokusi setiap pidato menunjukkan respons mitra tutur yang tidak relevan dengan topik pidato penutur. On November 14, 2023 the KPU has determined the serial numbers of the 2024 presidential and vice presidential pairs, on that occasion each candidate pair was asked to make a speech. The content of Paslon 1's speech is emphasizing the importance of maintaining a healthy competition atmosphere and equating elections with football competitions that are full of enthusiasm, joy, and togetherness. Then in the speech of candidate 2, he appreciated the performance of the KPU, Bawaslu, and DKPP, and called for the importance of maintaining national unity. Finally, candidate 3 voiced concerns about the existing political situation, and called for the importance of continuing reform and maintaining the unity of the country. The speech became the object of this research by analyzing the speech acts. As with the theory used in this research is Austin's theory, namely that speech acts are forms of speech or utterances conveyed by speakers to influence speech partners (Austin, 1955). The purpose of this research is to identify the types and functions of illocutionary, locutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts in each candidate's speech. By doing so, the meaning and purpose of the speakers can be known. This research method is descriptive quantitative by transcribing the speeches on the video and then studied one by one using Austin's theory. The conclusion of this analysis is that the speech acts of each candidate are dominated by expressive illocutionary speech acts. The first candidate focuses on a viral phenomenon, the World Cup, and relates it to election issues to make it relevant. The second candidate expresses more emotions and maintains social relations, while the third candidate reports events to gain audience empathy. The perlocutionary results of each speech show speech partner responses that are not relevant to the speaker's speech topic.
