    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh status identitas karir terhadap orientasi masa depan domain pekerjaan pada siswa SMA di Kota Bandung. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling (non-probability sampling). Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 399 siswa SMA berusia 15-18 tahun di Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Skala Identitas Karir (ɑ = 0.930) dan adaptasi Prospective Life Course Questionnaire (Future and Work) (ɑ = 0.916) (Seginer, 2009). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status identitas karir berpengaruh terhadap orientasi masa depan domain pekerjaan secara signifikan.

    The aim of this research is to examine the influence of career identity status on future orientation in the occupation domains of high school students in Bandung city. The method in this research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Sampling was carried out using accidental sampling technique (non-probability sampling). The sample in this study consisted of 399 high school students aged 15-18 years in Bandung City. The instruments used in this research were the Career Identity Scale (ɑ = 0.930) and an adaptation of the Prospective Life Course Questionnaire (Future and Work) (ɑ = 0.916) (Seginer, 2009). Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The research results show that career identity status has a significant influence on future orientation in the occupation domains.
