Abstract

Permasalahan sampah merupakan hal yang sangat mendesak untuk diselesaikan oleh berbagai pihak, salah satunya di sektor Pendidikan. Pada praktiknya tak jarang teramati Siswa yang masih abai dalam menjaga lingkungan. Hal ini diketahui berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan hasil pre-test kesadaran berkelanjutan Siswa memiliki rata-rata sedang, sedangkan aksi berkelanjutan rata-rata disetiap kelas berada dalam kategori rendah. Untuk mengatasi aksi permasalahan sampah di lingkungan sekolah, maka diperlukan pembelajaran yang melibatkan Siswa secara langsung dalam mengatasi permasalahan sampah di sekitarnya, Digunakan metode penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan 2 kelas penelitian yang terdiri atas 1 kelas eksperimen (29 siswa), dan 1 kelas kontrol (30 siswa). Kedua kelas diberikan pembelajaran project, namun kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan berupa kegiatan pembiasaan aksi 2R dan pengamatan lingkungan rutin selama 3 minggu. Pemanfaatan kuisioner non-tes berupa lembar observasi dan angket berskala Likert digunakan untuk menguji tingkat kesadaran dan aksi berkelanjutan setelah pembelajaran dilakukan. Berdasarkan analisis data diketahui pembelajaran dengan pembiasaan 2R tidak mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan aksi berkelanjutan secara signifikan. Namun demikian diketahui terdapat peningkatan kesadaran dan aksi yang lebih baik pada kelas eksperimen dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Hasil ini diketahui karena kurangnya waktu pembiasaan yang dilakukan siswa sehingga hasil kurang maksimal. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya agar melakukan kajian dengan jangka waktu yang lebih panjang. Pengembangan modul ajar yang mampu membimbing siswa juga diperlukan. Diketahui juga penguatan nilai-nilai di setiap pertemuan juga diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan aksi keberlanjutan yang lebih baik. The waste problem is a very urgent matter to be solved by various parties, one of which is in the education sector. In practice, it is not uncommon to observe students who are still neglectful in protecting the environment. This is known based on the observation results and pre-test results of students' continuous awareness has a medium average, while the average sustainable action in each class is in the low category. To overcome the action of waste problems in the school environment, it is necessary to learn that involves students directly in overcoming the waste problem around them, a quasi-experimental research method is used with 2 research classes consisting of 1 experimental class (29 students), and 1 control class (30 students). Both classes were given project project learning, but the experimental class was given treatment in the form of habituation activities for 2R actions and routine environmental observation for 3 weeks. . The use of a Likert-scale questionnaire was used to test the level of awareness and continuous action after learning was carried out. Based on data analysis, it is known that learning with 2R habituation is not able to significantly increase awareness of sustainable action. However, it is known that there is an increase in awareness and better action in the experimental class compared to the control class. This result is known due to the lack of habituation time carried out by students so that the results are not optimal. Suggestions for future researchers to conduct studies with a longer period of time. The development of teaching modules that are able to guide students is also needed. It is also known that strengthening values at each meeting is also needed to increase awareness and better sustainability actions.
