Abstract
Pendidikan merupakan dasar penting untuk membentuk generasi penerus yang kompetitif dan cakap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Proses Bisnis di program keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan di SMKN 9 Garut. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test kontrol grup. Sampel terdiri dari 72 siswa yang dibagi ke dalam kelompok eksperimen yang menerapkan model TGT dan kelompok kontrol dengan metode pembelajaran ceramah. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa di kelas eksperimen, dengan rata-rata nilai post-test sebesar 81,25 dibandingkan 74,86 di kelas kontrol. Uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank menghasilkan Z = -5,233 dan signifikansi 0,000, menunjukkan perbedaan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test pada kelas eksperimen. Analisis N-Gain menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 61,52%, termasuk kategori sedang. Kesimpulannya, model TGT efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Proses Bisnis dan direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Education is an important foundation for forming a competitive and capable next generation. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Team Games Tournament cooperative learning model in improving student learning outcomes in the Business Process subject in the Building Information and Modeling Design expertise program at SMKN 9 Garut. The study used an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test control group design. The sample consisted of 72 students divided into an experimental group that applied the TGT model and a control group with a lecture learning method. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class, with an average post-test score of 81.25 compared to 74.86 in the control class. The Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test produced Z = -5.233 and a significance of 0.000, indicating a difference between the pre-test and post-test scores in the experimental class. The N-Gain analysis showed an average increase of 61.52%, including the moderate category. In conclusion, the TGT model is effective in improving student learning outcomes in the Business Process subject and is recommended as an alternative to improve the quality of learning.
