Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan fitur paylater di e-commerce Indonesia membuat persaingan dalam bisnis semakin ketat. Namun, tidak semua pengguna paylater menyadari dampak negatif dari fitur yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah, sharia compliance, perepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan persepsi kebermanfaatan terhadap minat penggunaan ulang fitur paylater di e-commerce. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan bersifat kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Muslim generasi Y dan Z wilayah Pulau Jawa yang sudah menggunakan paylater. Metode pengumpulan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan rumus Hair adalah 238 pengguna paylater di e-commerce Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, dan Bukalapak di seluruh Indonesia. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) SmartPLS 4. Hasil analisis data penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh variabel literasi keuangan syariah dan variabel sharia compliance terhadap minat penggunaan ulang fitur paylater di e-commerce. Di samping itu, terdapat pengaruh positif variabel persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan variabel persepsi kebermanfaatan terhadap minat penggunaan ulang fitur paylater di e-commerce. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat memberikan saran dan masukan kepada pelaku fintech paylater di e-commerce dalam menggunakan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan minat penggunaan ulang. Selain itu, pemerintah juga dapat melakukan regulasi kepada para pengusaha dan masyarakat Muslim agar meningkatkan kesadaran untuk melaksanakan kegiatan ekonomi yang lebih sesuai dengan ajaran syariat Islam. The rapid development of paylater features in Indonesia e-commerce makes the competition in business increasingly fierce. However, not all paylater users are aware of the negative impact that comes of the features offered. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Islamic financial literacy, sharia compliance, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness on the reuse intention of paylater features in e-commerce. The type of data in this research is primary data with quantitative by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population of this research is Muslim from generations Y and Z in the Java Island region who already use paylater. The sample collection method was purposive sampling with the number of samples used based on Hair formula being 238 paylater users in e-commerce from Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli and Bukalapak throughout Indonesia. Data processing was applied using SmartPLS 4 with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this research of this study indicate that had no effect of the Islamic financial literacy variable and sharia compliance variable on reuse intention of paylater features in e-commerce. In addition, there was a positive effect of the perceived ease of use variable and the perceived usefulness variable on the reuse intention of paylater features in e-commerce. The implications of this study include providing recommendations to fintech paylater actors in e-commerce on using appropriate strategies to increase reuse intention. Additionally, the government can regulate and encourage entrepreneurs and the Muslim community to raise awareness to carry out economic activities with more appropriate of Islamic law.
