Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan model Desain Sistem Instruksional Berorientasi Pencapaian Kompetensi (DSI-PK) dalam perencanaan pelatihan tata rias pengantin pada program Pendidikan Kecakapan Wirausaha (PKW) di LKP Nuning, Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan tahapan perencanaan yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan pembelajaran, dan pengembangan evaluasi. Program PKW di LKP Nuning ditujukan bagi masyarakat berusia 15-25 tahun yang tidak sedang menempuh pendidikan formal, dengan pendanaan dari Kemendikbud. Setiap tahunnya, program PKW di LKP Nuning mampu menarik minat lebih dari 100 calon peserta, meskipun kuota yang tersedia hanya 20-30 peserta. Tahapan analisis kebutuhan dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai sumber, termasuk petunjuk teknis PKW 2023, laporan evaluasi program sebelumnya, serta masukan dari peserta dan instruktur. Pengembangan pembelajaran dirancang dengan berpedoman pada standar kompetensi, di mana instruktur memiliki peran penting dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran dan komponen pendukung lainnya. Tahapan terakhir, yaitu pengembangan evaluasi, meliputi evaluasi formatif dan sumatif untuk mengukur keberhasilan pembelajaran dan pencapaian kompetensi peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model DSI-PK dalam perencanaan pelatihan tata rias pengantin pada program PKW di LKP Nuning efektif meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan, perkembangan program, dan kepuasan peserta. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya perencanaan yang sistematis dan terarah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas program pelatihan berbasis kompetensi. This research focuses on the application of the Competency Achievement Oriented Instructional System Design (DSI-PK) model in planning bridal make-up training in the Entrepreneurial Skills Education (PKW) program at LKP Nuning, Cimahi City. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to describe the planning stages consisting of needs analysis, learning development, and evaluation development. The PKW program at LKP Nuning is aimed at people aged 15-25 years who are not currently pursuing formal education, with funding from the Ministry of Education and Culture. Every year, the PKW program at LKP Nuning is able to attract more than 100 potential participants, even though the available quota is only 20-30 participants. The needs analysis stage is carried out by collecting information from various sources, including PKW 2023 technical instructions, previous program evaluation reports, as well as input from participants and instructors. Learning development is designed based on competency standards, where instructors have an important role in designing learning strategies and other supporting components. The final stage, namely evaluation development, includes formative and summative evaluations to measure learning success and participant competency achievement. The research results show that the application of the DSI-PK model in planning bridal make-up training in the PKW program at LKP Nuning is effective in improving training quality, program development and participant satisfaction. This research confirms the importance of systematic and targeted planning in increasing the effectiveness of competency-based training programs.
