Abstract

Tokoh penggerak memainkan peran penting dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat karena mereka menjadi pilar utama memotivasi dan menginspirasi anggota komunitas untuk mengambil tindakan positif. Media dan teknologi digital berperan dalam upaya pemberdayaan untuk menyebarkan informasi, memperluas akses terhadap pengetahuan serta memungkinkan partisipasi aktif dalam kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan: 1) Latar belakang profil tokoh penggerak 2) Karakteristik kepemimpinan tokoh penggerak 3) Strategi tokoh penggerak dalam menggerakkan ekonomi masyarakat berbasis media digital 4) Dampak peran tokoh penggerak. Metode penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitiannya ialah bahwa karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh tokoh penggerak yaitu memiliki ide/ gagasan yang kekinian, memberi teladan, kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yang baik dan memiliki pengalaman yang relevan. Strategi pemberdayaannya ialah menciptakan iklim yang kondusif, memperkuat potensi dan keterampilan masyarakat, mengembangkan infrastruktur serta membangun kolaborasi. Dampak peran tokoh penggerak ialah meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan, menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan, produktivitas masyarakat berbasis digital dan teknologi dan meningkatkan iklim perekonomian yang lebih maju serta berdampak terhadap kehidupan sosial masyarakat Kampung Rajut Binong Jati Kota Bandung. Community leaders play an important role in community empowerment because they are the main pillars of motivating and inspiring community members to take positive action. Digital media and technology play a role in empowerment efforts to disseminate information, expand access to knowledge and enable active participation in life. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe: 1) Background profile of moving figures 2) Leadership characteristics of moving figures 3) Strategy of moving figures in driving the community economy based on digital media 4) Impact of the role of moving figures. This research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study are that the characteristics of moving figures are having contemporary ideas/concepts, setting an example, good interpersonal communication skills and having relevant experience. The empowerment strategy is to create a conducive climate, strengthen the potential and skills of the community, develop infrastructure and build collaboration. The impact of the role of moving figures is to increase income and welfare, create jobs, productivity of digital and technology-based communities and improve a more advanced economic climate and have an impact on the social life of the Kampung Rajut Binong Jati community in Bandung City.
