Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifiksi layanan PAUD holistik integratif dalam upaya mencegah stunting pada anak usia dini. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seorang kepala sekolah, dua guru dan satu orang tua siswa. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Pertama, program yang telah dilakukan sekolah dalam upaya mencegah stunting pada anak usia dini yaitu deteksi dini tumbuh kembang, pemberian makanan tambahan, pembiasaan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, aturan makanan yang dibawa anak, dan program parenting. Kedua, sarana dan prasarana pada kegiatan deteksi dini tumbuh kembang yaitu timbangan berat badan, alat ukur tinggi badan (microtoise), alat ukur lingkar kepala, sedangkan pada kegiatan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat yaitu tersedianya tempat cuci tangan, toilet, tempat sampah terpilah, sabun dan air yang bersih. Ketiga, upaya pembinaan guru dilakukan tenaga kesehatan setempat dengan penyuluhan dan pelatihan terkait deteksi dini tumbuh kembang pada anak. Keempat, pengetahuan guru mengenai upaya mencegah stunting sudah cukup baik, hal tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh informasi penyuluhan yang diberikan tenaga kesehatan. Kelima, kendala dalam melaksanakan program diantaranya ruangan UKS yang belum memadai, membentuk kebiasaan pola makan sehat pada anak, kendala guru dalam menginterpretasikan data dan membuat laporan hasil kegiatan deteksi dini tumbuh kembang anak. Keenam, keterlibatan orang tua dalam program sekolah yaitu orang tua terlibat penuh dalam pembuatan makanan tambahan, dan membawakan bekal makanan sehat pada anak ke sekolah. ----- This study aims to identify holistic integrative PAUD services in an effort to prevent stunting in early childhood. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The participants in this study were a principal, two teachers and one parent. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: First, programs that have been carried out by schools in an effort to prevent stunting in early childhood are early detection of growth and development, supplementary feeding, habituation of clean and healthy living behaviors, food rules that children bring, and parenting. Second, facilities and infrastructure in early detection of growth and development activities are weight scales, height measuring instruments (microtoise), head circumference measuring instruments, while clean and healthy living behavior activities, namely the availability of hand washing stations, toilets, segregated bins, soap and clean water. Third, teacher development efforts are carried out by local health workers with counseling and training related to early detection of growth and development children. Fourth, teachers' knowledge about stunting prevention efforts is quite good, motivated by counseling information provided by health workers. Fifth, obstacles in implementing the program inadequate UKS rooms, forming healthy eating habits in children, teacher constraints in interpreting data and making reports on the results of early detection of child growth and development activities. Sixth, parental involvement in school programs, where parents prepare additional meals and bring healthy food to school.
