Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keputusan berkunjung wisatawan ke Bandung di era new normal. Di tengah fenomena pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi selain dampak kesehatan berbagai sektor terkena dampak sosial sampai dampak ekonomi, sektor pariwisata adalah salah satunya. Masa new normal membantu membangkitkan kembali sektor pariwisata. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan berkunjung wisatawan terdapat beberapa faktor di dalamnya yaitu faktor psikologis, faktor individu, faktor sosial, dan faktor budaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode survey dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 212 responden yang berusia 17 tahun ke atas. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik simple random sampling dengan populasi responden merupakan wisatawan yang tidak berdomisili di Bandung. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala likert dan data di uji dan di proses menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 20 for Windows kemudian dilakukan rekapitulasi data. Hasil penelitian secara deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa keputusan berkunjung wisatawan ke Bandung di era new normal masuk dalam kategori baik. Namun disarankan kepada pengelola wisata serta wisatawan tetap menaati seluruh protokol pencegahan penularan Covid-19 yang sudah diberikan oleh pemerintah. Selain itu pengelola juga disarankan memberikan informasi mengenai keadaan destinasi wisata agar dapat meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di era new normal ini. This study aims to analyze tourists' decisions to visit Bandung in new normal era. Since the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, several sectors have been affected by social to economic impacts, despite the health sector, and tourism industry is known to be the most suffered. The new normal era can be the best strategy to revive the tourism industry in Indonesia. There are several facotrs that have to be considered by tourists in the visits decision making process, such as psychological factors, individual factors, social factors and cultural factors. The research method conducted in this study was descriptive-survey with 212 respondents aged 17 years and over. The simple random sampling method was used with the respondent population as tourists that did not live in Bandung. The scale that was used in this research was Likert-type scale and data were analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistic 20 for Windows, afterward data summary carried out. The results of this study descriptively show that tourists visiting in the new normal era belong to the good category. However, tourism stakeholders suggested following all Covid-19 prevention protocols that have been issued by the government. Furthermore, tourism stakeholders also suggested providing information about the situation of tourist destinations in order to increase tourist visits in the new normal era.
