Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya kebutuhan etnomatematika dalam pembelajaran, dan kurangnya minat peserta didik terhadap materi geometri bangun ruang pada mata pelajaran matematika. Pembelajaran yang dikaitkan dengan budaya disebut dengan etnomatematika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengembangkan lembar kerja peserta didik etnomatematika berbasis kerajinan anyaman Mangkubumi pada materi bangun ruang di kelas V Sekolah Dasar dengan menggunakan Educational Design Research (EDR) model McKenney & Reeves (2018) yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu: 1) tahap analisis dan eksplorasi; 2) tahap desain dan konstruksi; 3) tahap evaluasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, expert judgment, angket respon peserta didik dan angket respon pendidik melalui uji coba produk. Hasil pengembangan ini dirancang dengan memperhatikan syarat didaktik, syarat konstruktif, dan syarat teknis pada LKPD yang dilengkapi dengan tampilan warna dan gambar menarik dengan bantuan platform Canva. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli, angket respon peserta didik, dan angket respon pendidik menunjukkan bahwa lkpd ini layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Pada penelitian ini uji coba dilakukan sebanyak dua kali. Uji coba I dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas VB SDN Sambongpari dengan hasil persentase respon peserta didik sebesar 91,9% dan respon pendidik sebesar 93,75%. Sedangkan uji coba II yang dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas VA menunjukkan persentase respon peserta didik 92,85% dan respon pendidik sebesar 97,92% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. This study is motivated by the need for ethnomathematics in learning, and there is a lack of student interest in geometry material in mathematics. Learning that is associated with culture is called ethnomathematics-based. The purpose of this study is to develop ethnomathematics student worksheets based on Mangkubumi woven crafts on the material of building space in grade V Elementary School using the Educational Design Research (EDR) model of McKenney & Reeves (2018) which consists of three stages: 1) analysis and exploration stage; 2) design and construction stage; 3) evaluation and reflection stage. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, documentation studies, expert judgment, student response questionnaires and educator response questionnaires through product trials. The results of this development are designed by paying attention to didactic requirements, constructive requirements, and technical requirements on LKPD which are equipped with attractive colors and images with the help of the Canva platform. Furthermore, based in the results of expert validation, learner response questionnaires, and educator response questionnaires, it indicates that the LKPD is suitable for use in the elementary school learning process. The study included two trials. Trial I was conducted with class VB students of Sambongpari Elementary School with the results of the percentage of student responses of 91.9% and educator responses of 93.75%. Trial II conducted with class VA students showed a percentage of student responses of 92.85% and educator responses of 97.92% in the “very good” category.
