Abstract

Anak Berkonflik dengan Hukum (ABH) adalah anak yang terlibat dalam tindak pidana, yang dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan mental akibat proses hukum, stres dan stigma sosial. Dari fenomena tersebut maka perlu adanya pendampingan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada program pendampingan penyadaran ABH di Yayasan Bahtera. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis gambaran perilaku ABH, menganalisis aspek penyadaran ABH, dan menganalisis implementasi penyadaran ABH dalam penguatan mental di Yayasan Bahtera. Teori yang digunakan meliputi teori ABH, kesadaran, perubahan sosial, belajar, dan pelatihan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah ABH, pendamping, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan positif dalam penguatan mental ABH terlihat dari perubahan sikap, moral, bahasa, dan perilaku religius. Aspek penyadaran meliputi hablumminallah, melalui kegiatan spiritual seperti sholat, mengaji, dan ibadah-ibadah yang lain; hablumminalam, melalui kegiatan bersih-bersih demi menjaga kenyamanan lingkungan; hablumminannas, melalui interaksi yang baik terhadap keluarga, teman, dan orang lain; dan hablummindiri, dengan mengendalikan emosi, percaya diri, belajar dari kesalahan, dan memiliki harapan untuk masa depan. Implementasi program berdasarkan empat komponen manajemen, yakni perencanaan untuk mencegah residivisme; pengorganisasian tugas sesuai bidang; pelaksanaan yang meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi; serta pengawasan terhadap perubahan sikap individu setiap anak. Tahapan perubahan perilaku, mencakup ABH mulai menyadari perilaku positif, ABH menunjukkan ketertarikan untuk berubah dan siap menerima perubahan, ABH secara kritis mengevaluasi perilaku baru yang meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan kemampuan pengendalian diri, ABH mencoba perilaku baru; ABH secara konsisten mengadopsi perilaku baru, menunjukkan keberhasilan penguatan mental melalui internalisasi nilai-nilai positif dan kontrol diri yang lebih baik. Children in Conflict with the Law are children involved in criminal acts, which can cause mental health problems due to the legal process, stress and social stigma. From this phenomenon, there needs to be assistance. This study focuses on the program of assistance to raise awareness of Children in Conflict with the Law at the Bahtera Foundation. The aim is to analyze the description of the behavior of Children in Conflict with the Law, analyze the aspects of awareness of Children in Conflict with the Law, and analyze the implementation of awareness of Children in Conflict with the Law in mental strengthening at the Bahtera Foundation. The theories used include the theory of Children in Conflict with the Law, awareness, social change, learning, and training. Using qualitative methods with documentation, observation, and interview techniques. Participants in this study were Children in Conflict with the Law, companions, and parents. The results of the study showed a positive increase in mental strengthening of Children in Conflict with the Law as seen from changes in attitudes, morals, language, and religious behavior. Aspects of awareness include hablumminallah, through spiritual activities such as prayer, reciting the Koran, and other worship; hablumminalam, through cleaning activities to maintain environmental comfort; hablumminannas, through good interactions with family, friends, and others; and hablummindiri, by controlling emotions, being confident, learning from mistakes, and having hope for the future. The implementation of the program is based on four management components, namely planning to prevent recidivism; organizing tasks according to field; implementation that increases motivation and participation; and monitoring changes in the individual attitudes of each child. Stages of behavioral change, including Children in Conflict with the Law begin to realize positive behavior, Children in Conflict with the Law show interest in changing and are ready to accept change, Children in Conflict with the Law critically evaluate new behaviors that increase self-confidence and self-control skills, Children in Conflict with the Law try new behaviors; Children in Conflict with the Law consistently adopt new behaviors, demonstrating the success of mental strengthening through internalization of positive values and better self-control.
