    Abstract

    Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan tendangan belakang menggunakan pad dan samsak dengan metoe set sistem terhadap peningkatan frekuensi tendangan belakang cabang olahraga beladiri tarung derajat. Metode yang digunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Two Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah 10 atlet putra. Instrumen penelitian untuk mengukur peningkatan frekuensi tendangan belakang. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan uji paired t-test terhadap hasil latihan tendangan belakang menggunakan pad dan samsak, hal ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan tendangan belakang menggunakan pad dan samsak dengan metode set sistem terhadap peningkatan frekuensi tendangan belakang. Hasil uji beda menunjukkan, terdapat pengaruh latihan tendangan belakang menggunakan pad dengan menggunakan metode set sistem dan terdapat pengaruh latihan tendangan belakang menggunakan samsak dengan menggunakan metode set sistem terhadap hasil frekuensi tendangan berdasarkan hasil uji T-test sample test, oleh karena itu latihan tendangan belakang menggunakan pad dan samsak dapat digunakan untuk Melatih tendangan belakang terhadap peningkatan frekuensi tendangan.

    This study aims to determine the effect of back kick training using pads and bags with method set system on increasing the frequency of back kicks in martial arts. The method used is an experimental method with a Two Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The sampling technique used total sampling with a total of 10 male athletes. Research instruments to measure the increase in the frequency of back kicks. The results of data processing and analysis using paired t-test on the results of back kick training using pads and bags, this shows that there is a significant effect of back kick training using pads and bags with the set system method on increasing the frequency of back kicks. The results of the difference test show that there is an effect of back kick training using pads using the set system method and there is an effect of back kick training using a punching bag using the set system method on the frequency of kicks based on the results of the T-test sample test, therefore the research of back kick training using pads and bags can be used to train back kicks to increase the frequency of kicks.
