Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang meneliti peran employee engagement dalam memediasi pengaruh beban kerja dan manajemen karir individu terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 116 orang tenaga kesehatan kontrak dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik non probability sampling dengan rumus slovin,didapat 90 responden tenaga kesehatan kontrak di RSUD Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Teknik analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 26 for windows. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa beban kerja dan manajemen karir individu berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement, beban kerja dan manajemen karir individu berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, employee engagement berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, beban kerja, manajemen karir individu dan employee engagement secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, employee engagement memediasi pengaruh beban kerja dan manajemen karir individu terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : Beban Kerja, Manajemen Karir Individu, Employee Engagement, Kepuasan Kerja. This research is a quantitative study that examines the role of Employee Engagement in mediating the influence of workload and individual career management on job satisfaction. The population in this study was 116 contract health workers and sampling using the Slovin formula resulted in 90 respondents being contract health workers at Lembang Hospital, West Bandung Regency. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and verification analysis techniques using IBM SPSS 26 for Windows software. From this study it is known that workload and individual career management have an effect on employee engagement, workload and individual career management have an effect on job satisfaction, employee engagement has an effect on job satisfaction, workload, individual career management and employee engagement simultaneously have an effect on job satisfaction, employee engagement mediates the effect of workload and individual career management on job satisfaction.
