Abstract
Perkembangan bisnis yang semakin ketat, perusahaan perlu memiliki media untuk memperkenalkan identitasnya kepada mitra dan konsumen. Salah satu cara memperkenalkannya adalah dengan memiliki company profile. AGAVILab merupakan salah satu unit bisnis dari PT Agritama Sinergi Inovasi yang bergerak di bidang penyedia produk dan media yang saat ini berfokus pada bidang bioteknologi. Dalam mempertahankan eksistensi perusahaan, AGAVILab belum memiliki video company profile. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan video company profile sebagai upaya perusahaan dalam menjaga eksistensi sekaligus menjadi upaya dalam meningkatkan awareness kepada masyarakat lebih luas, terutama pada mitra dan konsumen. Tahap penelitian dalam perancangan video company profile ini menggunakan metode ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Pada perancangan ini diawali dengan tahap analyze dimana pada tahap ini dilakukan proses menganalisis kebutuhan, lalu tahap design berupa proses mendesain konsep perancangan, tahap development merupakan tahap mengeksekusi konsep berupa perekaman dan editing video, selanjutnya hasil video tersebut dilakukan proses validasi ahli di tahap implementasi, setelah dinyatakan layak, kemudian video tersebut siap untuk disebarluaskan dan dilakukan proses pada tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa produk video company profile yang telah diunggah di kanal YouTube perusahaan di YouTube AGAVI Indonesia pada 27 Juli 2024 dan mendapatkan tanggapan terhitung pada 28 Agustus 2024 mendapatkan tayangan video sejumlah 343 kali ditonton dengan jumlah likes sebanyak 122, 98 komentar, dan kenaikan jumlah subscriber sejumlah 26 subscriber. Media video company profile ini juga telah digunakan oleh perusahaan sebagai media informasi untuk menjaga eksistensi sekaligus menjadi upaya perusahaan dalam meningkatkan brand awareness. ------------- As business development is getting tighter, companies need to have a medium to introduce their identity to partners and consumers. One way to introduce it is by having a company profile. AGAVILab is one of the business units of PT Agritama Sinergi Inovasi, which is engaged in providing products and media that currently focus on the field of biotechnology. In maintaining the company's existence, AGAVILab does not yet have a company profile video. Therefore, it is necessary to design a video company profile as an effort for the company to maintain its existence as well as an effort to increase awareness to the wider community, especially to partners and consumers. The research stage in designing this company profile video uses the ADDIE method (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This design begins with the analyze stage where at this stage the process of analysing needs is carried out, then the design stage is the process of designing the design concept, the development stage is the stage of executing the concept in the form of video recording and editing, then the video results are carried out in the expert validation process at the implementation stage, after being declared feasible, then the video is ready to be disseminated and carried out the process at the evaluation stage. The results of this research are in the form of a company profile video product that has been uploaded on the company's YouTube channel on YouTube AGAVI Indonesia on 27 July 2024 and received a response as of 28 August 2024 getting 343 video views with 122 likes, 98 comments, and an increase in the number of subscribers by 26 subscribers. This company profile video media has also been used by the company as an information media to maintain its existence as well as an effort by the company to increase brand awareness.
