Abstract
Educational challenges in the era of global disruption increasingly encourage teachers to develop their competencies, including adopting an entrepreneurial character, teacherpreneurship. The lack of empirical studies on teacherpreneurship limits our current understanding of the factors contributing to strengthening teacherpreneurship competencies. Using entrepreneurship theory, this study aims to explore the relationship between predictors of teacherpreneurship, such as work environment and teacher training on teacherpreneurship, and how achievement motivation mediates the relationship. The research method used is a descriptive review with data collection techniques in questionnaires distributed to 95 high school economics teachers in Bandung Regency. The results showed that work environment and teacher training had a positive and significant effect on teacherpreneurship, and achievement motivation mediated the relationship between work environment and teacher training on teacherpreneurship. This study provides useful insights for educational practitioners and policymakers in developing teacherpreneurship among teachers and provides directions for preparing future teacherpreneurs. Keywords: Teacherpreneurship, work environment, teacher education, achievement motivation.
