Abstract
Pendidikan masyarakat memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam menghadapi tantangan di era globalisasi, terutama dalam membekali individu dan komunitas dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang diperlukan untuk mandiri dan kompetitif. Model pembelajaran yang efektif, seperti Learning Exchange, dapat memfasilitasi pertukaran pengetahuan dan pengalaman di antara anggota komunitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis model Learning Exchange dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar pada pemelajar orang dewasa di kelompok Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Komunitas CIKEPO, Kota Cimahi. Dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari 4 anggota kelompok UMKM, 1 fasilitator, dan 1 pengurus komunitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model Learning Exchange memberikan kontribusi yang baik dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar pemelajar orang dewasa. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini Kondisi di awal kemandirian pelaku UMKM diantaranya memiliki motivasi dan rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi, ketidaksiapan dalam menghadapi tantangan, tanggung jawab dan kurangnya rasa percaya diri. Selanjutnya tahapan proses pelaksanaan dimulai dari tahapan persiapan, pengkajian, perencanaan,pemformulasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Konstruksi model Learning Exchange didalamnya termasuk input, proses, output dan outcome. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pertukaran belajar, informasi dan pengalaman antar pelaku UMKM. Kata Kunci: Model Learning Exchange, Kemandirian belajar, Komunitas CIKEPO, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Community education plays a very important role in facing the challenges in the era of globalization, especially in equipping individuals and communities with the skills and knowledge needed to be independent and competitive. An effective learning model, such as Learning Exchange, can facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experiences among community members. This study aims to explore and analyze the Learning Exchange model in improving learning independence in adult learners in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) group in the CIKEPO Community, Cimahi City. By using a case study method with a qualitative approach, the data collected in this study were through interviews, observations and documentation. The research participants consisted of 4 MSME group members, 1 facilitator, and 1 community administrator. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Learning Exchange model makes a good contribution to improving learning independence in adult learners. Based on the formulation of the problem in this study, the initial conditions of independence of MSME actors include having high motivation and curiosity, unpreparedness in facing challenges, responsibility and lack of self- confidence. Furthermore, the stages of the implementation process start from the preparation, assessment, planning, formulation, implementation and evaluation stages. The construction of the Learning Exchange model includes input, process, output and outcome. This study emphasizes the importance of exchanging learning, information and experience between MSME actors.
