Abstract
ABSTRAK PENGARUH PRODUK WISATA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG MUSEUM SRI BADUGA BANDUNG Oleh Dava Albamah Hafidin 2010172 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh produk wisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Museum Sri Baduga Bandung. Produk wisata yang dianalisis meliputi atraksi wisata, fasilitas wisata, amenitas, dan aksesibilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengunjung museum. Responden dipilih secara acak, dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear sederhana untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel bebas (produk wisata) dan variabel terikat (kepuasan pengunjung). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua komponen produk wisata, yaitu atraksi wisata, fasilitas wisata, amenitas, dan aksesibilitas, berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Museum Sri Baduga Bandung. Atraksi wisata ditemukan sebagai faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pengunjung, diikuti oleh fasilitas dan aksesibilitas. Selain itu, hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pengunjung merasa puas dengan pengalaman mereka di museum, dan hal ini tercermin dalam keinginan mereka untuk berkunjung kembali serta kesediaan untuk merekomendasikan museum kepada teman dan keluarga. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk wisata di Museum Sri Baduga Bandung memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada pengelola museum untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas atraksi, fasilitas, dan aksesibilitas guna mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan strategi pariwisata yang lebih efektif di masa mendatang. Kata Kunci: Produk Wisata, Kepuasan Pengunjung, Museum ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF TOURISM PRODUCTS ON THE SATISFACTION OF VISITORS TO SRI BADUGA MUSEUM BANDUNG By Dava Albamah Hafidin NIM. 2010172 This study aims to analyze the influence of tourism products on visitor satisfaction at the Sri Baduga Museum Bandung. The tourism products analyzed include tourist attractions, tourist facilities, amenities, and accessibility. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to museum visitors. Respondents were randomly selected, and the data obtained were analyzed using a simple linear regression technique to see the relationship between the independent variable (tourism product) and the bound variable (visitor satisfaction). The results of the study show that all components of tourism products, namely tourist attractions, tourist facilities, amenities, and accessibility, have a significant effect on the satisfaction of visitors to the Sri Baduga Museum Bandung. Tourist attractions were found to be the most dominant factor in influencing visitor satisfaction, followed by facilities and accessibility. In addition, the results of the analysis also showed that the majority of visitors were satisfied with their experience at the museum, and this was reflected in their desire to visit again and their willingness to recommend the museum to friends and family. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the quality of tourism products at the Sri Baduga Museum Bandung has an important role in increasing visitor satisfaction. Recommendations are given to museum managers to continue to improve the quality of attractions, facilities, and accessibility to maintain and increase visitor satisfaction.
