Nurul Ula Fauzyah Riyanto (2001585). Analisis Kemampuan Penalaran Matematis Siswa Kelas VII Ditinjau dari Adversity Quotient (AQ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa SMP dalam menyelesaikan soal materi aljabar pada setiap indikator berdasarkan Adversity Quotient siswa dan tingkat kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII di salah satu SMP Negeri di Kota Bandung yang melibatkan 8 orang dari 29 orang yang telah mempelajari materi aljabar. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa, angket Adversity Response Profile (ARP), dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa berada pada kategori sedang dengan tipe AQ camper. Siswa tipe AQ climber dengan kategori kemampuan penalaran matematis tinggi mampu memenuhi seluruh indikator, siswa tipe AQ climber dengan kategori kemampuan penalaran matematis sedang mampu memenuhi tiga dari empat indikator, kemudian tidak ditemukan siswa tipe AQ climber dengan kategori kemampuan penalaran matematis rendah. Siswa tipe AQ camper dengan kategori kemampuan penalaran matematis tinggi mampu memenuhi seluruh indikator, siswa tipe AQ camper dengan kategori kemampuan penalaran matematis sedang mampu memenuhi tiga dari empat indikator, siswa tipe AQ camper dengan kategori kemampuan penalaran matematis rendah belum mampu memenuhi semua indikator. Siswa tipe AQ quitter dengan kategori kemampuan penalaran matematis tinggi mampu memenuhi tiga dari empat indikator, siswa tipe AQ quitter dengan kategori kemampuan penalaran matematis sedang mampu memenuhi satu dari empat indikator, siswa tipe AQ quitter dengan kategori kemampuan penalaran matematis rendah belum mampu memenuhi semua indikator. Analysis of Seventh Grade Students' Mathematical Reasoning Ability Based on Adversity Quotient (AQ). This study aims to describe the mathematical reasoning abilities of junior high school students in solving algebraic problems across various indicators based on students' Adversity Quotient and their level of mathematical reasoning ability. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study approach. The subjects of this study were seventh grade students at one of the public junior high schools in Bandung, involving 8 out of 29 students who had studied algebraic materials. Data collection techniques included tests of students' mathematical reasoning abilities, the Adversity Response Profile (ARP) questionnaire, and interview guidelines.The results indicate that most students' mathematical reasoning abilities are categorized as moderate, with the majority exhibiting an AQ camper type. Students classified as AQ climbers with high mathematical reasoning abilities were able to fulfill all indicators, while those with moderate mathematical reasoning abilities could fulfill three out of four indicators. No students classified as AQ climbers with low mathematical reasoning abilities were found. Students classified as AQ campers with high mathematical reasoning abilities were able to fulfill all indicators, those with moderate abilities could fulfill three out of four indicators, and those with low abilities were not yet able to fulfill all indicators. Students classified as AQ quitters with high mathematical reasoning abilities were able to fulfill three out of four indicators, those with moderate abilities could fulfill one out of four indicators, and those with low abilities were not yet able to fulfill all indicators.
