Abstract
Lingkungan merupakan aspek yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Akan tetapi saat ini berbagai permasalahan lingkungan di Indonesia terus bermunculan bahkan sudah menunjukan masalah yang urgen. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya yaitu pola perilaku masyarakat yang tidak baik. Alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah itu yaitu dengan pembentukan perilaku peduli lingkungan di sekolah. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis agaimana dampak program adiwiyata di SMA 78 Jakarta terhadap perubahan budaya sekolah berkarakter peduli lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualititatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sementara teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi, data display, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada ketua adiwiyata, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, 5 orang guru, dan 2 perserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) Gambaran adiwiyata yang dilakukan sudah baik dimana sekolah ini sudah mampu merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi program adiwiyata sesuai dengan indikator yang diharapkan; (2) Program adiwiyata di sekolah ini juga sudah dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perubahan budaya sekolah berkarakter peduli lingkungan; (3) Keberhasilan tersebut didorong oleh habitus, modal dan arena yang sudah selaras dengan program adiwiyata. Untuk lebih memaksimalkan lagi dampak tersebut, sekolah perlu konsisten untuk memberikan arena yang kondusif berkenaan dengan adiwiyata di sekolah agar habitus seluruh warga sekolah dapat terbentuk dengan baik. The environment is a very important aspect for human life. However, currently various environmental problems in Indonesia continue to emerge and have even become urgent problems. One of the contributing factors is bad community behavior patterns. An alternative to overcome this problem is by establishing environmentally caring behavior in schools. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the adiwiyata program at SMA 78 Jakarta on changes in school culture with an environmentally caring character. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach using the case study method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation studies. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are reduction, data display, drawing conclusions and verification. Interviews were conducted with the head of Adiwiyata at SMA 78, the deputy head of the school for student affairs, 5 teachers and 2 students. The results of the research show that: (1) The adiwiyata picture at SMA 78 Jakarta has shown a good adiwiyata program where SMA 78 has been able to plan, implement and evaluate the adiwiyata program according to the expected indicators; (2) The adiwiyata program at SMA 78 has also been able to have a significant impact on changing the school's culture with an environmentally caring character; (3) This success was driven by the habitus, capital and arena at SMA 78 which were in line with the Adiwiyata program. To further maximize this impact, SMA 78 needs to be consistent in providing a conducive arena regarding adiwiyata at school so that the habitus of all school members can be well formed.
