Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai implementasi peran mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan di SDN Tanggulun 02 melalui Program Kampus Mengajar. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada upaya untuk memecahkan masalah rendahnya literasi dan numerasi sekolah melalui program Kampus Mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran yang jelas mengenai implementasi mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan dalam program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 5 di SDN Tanggulun 02 melalui berbagai program yang dilaksanakan, hasil implementasi program mahasiswa, dan hasil monitoring serta evaluasi program yang dilakukan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan visualisasi data Nvivo 12 Pro. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan di SDN Tanggulun 02 telah terlaksana sesuai dengan pedoman Kampus Mengajar melalui berbagai program yang dilakukan mahasiswa yaitu Giat Literasi, Giat Numerasi, Paham Digitalisasi, dan Sadar Lingkungan. Hasil implementasi ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan hasil literasi dan numerasi siswa melalui AKM Kelas, adanya peningkatan keterampilan mahasiswa berupa hard skill meliputi desain dan editing, keterampilan mengajar, operasional teknologi pembelajaran dan penggunaan media pembelajaran serta soft skill meliputi analisis masalah, berpikir kritis, berpikir kreatif, kepemimpinan, event organizing, kerjasama tim, pemecahan masalah, kemampuan berkomunikasi, rasa tanggung jawab, dan kemampuan beradaptasi. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan karakteristik siswa yaitu aktif, berani, kreatif, disiplin, memupuk jiwa kewirausahaan, rajin, semangat belajar, rasa ingin tahu, dan mandiri. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa telah melaksanakan program dengan baik. This research examines the implementation of the role of students as agents of change at SDN Tanggulun 02 through the Teaching Campus Program. This research is based on efforts to solve the problem of low school literacy and numeracy through the Teaching Campus program. The purpose of this study is to find out a clear picture of the implementation of students as agents of change in the 5th Generation Teaching Campus program at SDN Tanggulun 02 through various programs implemented, the results of the implementation of student programs as agents of change, and the results of monitoring and evaluation of programs carried out by students. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with research data collection procedures in the form of documentation studies and interviews. Data processing and analysis using Nvivo 12 Pro data visualization. The results showed that the implementation of students as agents of change at SDN Tanggulun 02 has been carried out in accordance with the Teaching Campus guidelines through various programs carried out by students, namely Literacy Tips, Numeracy Tips, Understanding Digitalization, and Environmental Awareness. The results of this implementation show 1) An increase in student literacy and numeracy results through class AKM; 2) There is an increase in student skills in the form of hard skills including design and editing, teaching skills, learning technology operations and the use of learning media and soft skills including problem analysis, critical thinking, creative thinking, leadership, event organizing, teamwork, problem solving, communication skills, sense of responsibility, and adaptability; 3) There are changes in student characteristics, namely active, brave, creative, disciplined, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, diligent, eager to learn, curiosity, and independent.
