Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi program bedol kelas di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung dalam membina norma agama dan kedisiplinan siswa. Alasan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini karena ditemukannya permasalahan dalam konteks norma agama dan kedisiplinan siswa di sekolah, sehingga sangat penting untuk menggali lebih jauh pelaksanaan program bedol kelas dalam hubungannya dengan permasalahan tersebut di sekolah sebagai pendidikan moral dan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, guru agama, guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, dan siswa. Lokasi penelitian ini yaitu di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan program bedol kelas digulirkan atas dasar kurangnya jam pelajaran agama dan kekhawatiran kedisiplinan ibadah siswa. Kegiatan bedol kelas ini pada dasarnya pelaksanaan shalat dzuhur bersama-sama dan ceramah ilmu agama yang disusun berdasarkan jadwal beberapa kelas tiap harinya. Bedol kelas ini memberikan dampak yang baik kaitannya dengan pembinaan norma agama yaitu shalat dzuhur dan menambah wawasan agama, dan kaitannya dengan pembinaan kedisiplinan yaitu disiplin tepat waktu melaksanakan shalat dan mencatat kehadiran siswa yang hadir sebagai tindak kedisiplinan. Bedol kelas memberikan dampak baik tersebut, karena jika kelas yang tidak kebagian jadwal maka siswa kurang memperhatikan dengan baik terhadap kedisiplinan ibadah shalatnya. Sehingga dengan adanya program bedol kelas ini dapat membentuk karakter religius dan sikap disiplin siswa di sekolah. This research aims to explore the class bedol program at SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung in fostering religious norms and student discipline. The reason for carrying out this research was because problems were found in the context of religious norms and student discipline at school, so it was very important to explore further the implementation of the class bedol program in relation to these problems at school as moral and character education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation studies. The resource persons in this research were the deputy principal for student affairs, religion teachers, Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers, and students. The location of this research is SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung. Research findings show that the class bedol program was rolled out based on a lack of religiousteaching hours and concerns aboutstudents' religious discipline. This class bedol activity is basically holding midday prayers together and lectures on religious knowledge which are arranged based on the schedule of several classes each day. This class bedol has a good impact in relation to fostering religious norms, namely midday prayers and increasing religious insight, and in relation to cultivating discipline, namely discipline in carrying out prayers on time and recording the attendance of students who attend as an act of discipline. Class bedol has a good impact, because if the class does not have a schedule then students will not pay proper attention to the discipline of their prayers. So with this class bedol program it can shape the religious character and discipline of students at school.
