Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam menyelidiki dampak peralihan dari sistem absensi manual ke sistem digital terhadap peningkatan penilaian kinerja dan penerapan budaya kerja di BUMN, dengan tujuan mengetahui dampak pemutakhiran sistem absensi terhadap kinerja dan budaya kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan path analysis dan melibatkan 40 peserta magang yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Absensi tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,012 dan Budaya Kerja dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,205. Namun, Budaya Kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,896. Budaya Kerja tidak berperan signifikan dalam memediasi hubungan antara sistem absensi dan kinerja dengan nilai sebesar 0,026. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan budaya kerja positif penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja mahasiswa magang. Rekomendasi penelitian menyarankan agar perusahaan memprioritaskan pengembangan budaya kerja dan menerapkan pendekatan yang komprehensif untuk penilaian kinerja mahasiswa magang. ----- This study focuses on human resource development in investigating the impact of the transition from a manual attendance system to a digital system on improving performance assessment and implementing work culture in BUMN, to know the impact of updating the attendance system on performance and work culture as mediating variables. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with path analysis and involves 40 interns selected through purposive sampling techniques. The results show that the Attendance System does not have a significant direct effect on Performance with a beta coefficient value of 0.012 and Work Culture with a beta coefficient value of 0.205. However, Work Culture significantly affects Performance with a beta coefficient value of 0.896. Work Culture does not significantly mediate the relationship between the attendance system and performance with a value of 0.026. In conclusion, developing a positive work culture is important to improve the performance of interns. Research recommendations suggest that companies prioritize the development of work culture and implement a comprehensive approach to assessing interns' performance.
