Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji tari Topeng Rahwana dengan menggunakan teori Etnokoreologi dan melakukan penerapan tari Topeng Rahwana kepada peserta didik kelas Mahir Lanjutan di Padepokan Surya Medal Putera Wirahma. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh materi pembelajaran pada uji kompetensi kepenarian tari Topeng Rahwana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mix methods dengan model one group pretest-posttest design. Hasil penelitian kualitatifnya yakni kajian teks dan konteks tari Topeng Rahwana. Hasil penelitian kuantitatifnya yakni adanya peningkatan kompetensi kepenarian pada peserta didik ditunjukan dengan hasil nilai pretest dan posttest yang telah diuji T dan memperoleh nilai signifikansi ≤ 0,05 dengan nilai sig. (2 tailed) 0,012 artinya hipotesis diterima. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini menyatakan tari Topeng Rahwana dapat dijadikan materi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kepenarian peserta didik. This study examines the Rahwana mask dance using Ethnocoreological theory and the application of Rahwana Mask Dance To Advanced Advanced Class learners in Padepokan Surya Medal Putera Wirahma. This study aims to measure the effect of learning materials on the competency test of The Mask of Rahwana dance. This research uses mix methods with one group pretest-posttest design model. The results of qualitative research is the study of the text and context of Rahwana mask dance. The results of quantitative research that is an increase in the competence of the learners kepenarian shown by the results of the pretest and posttest values that have been tested T and obtain a significance value of 0.05 with the value of GIS. (2 tailed) 0.012 means that the hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion of this study states Rahwana mask dance can be used as learning material to improve the competence of learners.
