Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Total Quality Management terhadap Kepuasan Peserta dalam Perubahan Karir Lulusan di Binar Academy” yang secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi Total Quality Management, kepuasan peserta, dan pengaruh Total Quality Management terhadap kepuasan peserta di Binar Academy. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diambil dengan menggunakan teknik angket pada 37 peserta di Binar Academy yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan non – IT dan generasi Z periode Juni – Desember 2023 yang berjumlah 37 responden. Analisis perhitungan dilakukan dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel 2013 dan SPSS 25.0 for Windows. Hasil Perhtiungan Weight Means Score (WMS) pada variabel X (Total Quality Management) berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata – rata sebesar 3,9 dan kepuasan peserta Binar Academy berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata – rata sebesar 3,9. Hasil uji korelasi antara variabel X dan Y menunjukkan kategori hubungan yang sangat kuat sebesar 0,885. Hasil Uji determinasi didapatkan bahwa variabel X menentukan 61,3% pada variabel Y dan sisa nya ditentukan oleh faktor lain diluar dari penelitian ini. Hasil uji signifikasi korelasi antara variabel X dan Y memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan peroleh nilai yaitu 11,231>1,68957. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Y ̂=5,858+0,884X maka setiap penambahan poin variabel X akan diikuti perubahan pada variabel Y sebesar 0,884. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa Total Quality Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Peserta dalam perubahan karier lulusan di Binar Academy. This research is entitled “The Influence Of Total Quality Management On Participant Satisfaction In Graduate Career Change At Binar Academy” which generally aims to determine the description of the implementation of Total Quality Management, participant satisfaction, and the effect of Total Quality Management on participant satisfaction at Binar Academy. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data was collected using a questionnaire technique on 37 participants at Binar Academy who have a non-IT educational background and generation Z for the period June - December 2023, totaling 37 respondents. Calculation analysis was carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The results of the Weight Means Score (WMS) calculation on variable X (Total Quality Management) are in the good category with an average score of 3.9 and the satisfaction of Binar Academy participants is in the good category with an average score of 3.9. The correlation test results between variables X and Y show a very strong relationship category of 0.885. The determination test results show that variable X determines 61.3% of variable Y and the rest is determined by other factors outside of this study. The results of the correlation significance test between variables X and Y have a significant effect by obtaining a value of 11.231> 1.68957. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y ̂ = 5.858 + 0.884X, so that each additional point of variable X will be followed by a change in variable Y of 0.884.The conclusion of this study is that Total Quality Management has a positive and significant effect on Participant Satisfaction in changing the careers of graduates at Binar Academy.
