Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kompetensi Digital Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai di Balai Pengembangan Kompetensi PUPR Wilayah IV Bandung”. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memberikan gambaran dan mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi digital terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket atau kuesioner. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 33 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Lokasi pada penelitian ini yaitu di Balai Pengembangan Kompetensi PUPR Wilayah IV Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan Weight Means Score (WMS) untuk variabel X (Kompetensi Digital) memperoleh hasil sebesar 3,48 yang berada pada kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan variabel Y (Efektivitas Kerja) memperoleh hasil sebesar 3,61 yang berada di kategori sangat baik. Hasil pengolahan data koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,593 yang artinya Kompetensi Digital memiliki korelasi atau hubungan yang cukup kuat dengan Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai. Hasil uji signifikansi diperoleh nilai sebesar (4,099 > 1.696) artinya Ha diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Kompetensi Digital dengan Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai. Hasil uji determinasi didapatkan bahwa Kompetensi Digital ditentukan sebesar 35,1% terhadap Efektivitas Kerja dan sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Kemudian hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana diperoleh persamaan Ŷ = 20,382 + 0,593x yang artinya setiap penambahan poin Kompetensi Digital maka akan diikuti dengan peningkatan Efektivitas Kerja sebesar 0,593. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kompetensi Digital terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai di Balai Pengembangan Kompetensi PUPR Wilayah IV Bandung. This research is entitled “The Effect of Digital Competence on Employee Work Effectiveness at the PUPR Region IV Competency Development Center Bandung”. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and determine the effect of digital competence on employee work effectiveness. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study was 33 people using the purposive sampling technique. The location of this research is at the PUPR Region IV Competency Development Center Bandung. Based on the data processing results using Weight Means Score (WMS) for variable X (Digital Competence), we obtained a result of 3.48 which is in the very good category. At the same time, variable Y (Work Effectiveness) obtained a result of 3.61 which is in the very good category. The results of data processing of the correlation coefficient are 0.593, which means that Digital Competencies have a fairly strong correlation or relationship with Employee Work Effectiveness. The results of the significance test obtained a value of (4.099> 1.696) means that Ha accepted, namely there is a positive and significant relationship between Digital Competence and Employee Work Effectiveness. The results of the determination test found that Digital Competence is determined by 35.1% of Work Effectiveness and the rest is determined by other factors. Then the results of simple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Ŷ = 20.382 + 0.593x which means that every additional point of Digital Competence will be followed by an increase in Work Effectiveness by 0.593. This study can conclude that there is a positive and significant influence between Digital Competence on Employee Work Effectiveness at the PUPR Region IV Competency Development Center Bandung.
