Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh pembelajaran STEM-PjBL terhadap penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada materi energi terbarukan. Pemilihan materi energi terbarukan pada pembelajaran Fisika karena sangat relevan dengan model pembelajaran STEM-PjBL, STEM-PjBL memiliki tahapan reflection, research, discovery, application, dan communication. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu SMA Negeri di Palembang dan waktu penelitian yaitu semester genap tahun ajaran 2023-2024 dengan jumlah peserta didik 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan soal pilihan ganda dan soal esai pada pretest dan posttest untuk menilai kegiatan pembelajaran STEM-PjBL terhadap penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Selain itu pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penilaian LKPD, penilaian produk kreatif masing-masing kelompok peserta didik dan observasi pembelajaran STEM-PjBL dengan penilaian yang sudah dirancang peneliti. Hasil penelitian yaitu model pembelajaran STEM-PjBL telah berhasil diimplementasikan dengan baik, yang ditunjukkan oleh tingginya persentase keterlaksanaan setiap pertemuan yaitu 97%, 100% dan 100%. Keberhasilan ini menegaskan bahwa model STEM-PjBL efektif dalam membantu peserta didik menguasai konsep dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif. Berdasarkan analisis N-Gain 0,84 dan 0,842, paired sample t test 0,000 dan effect size 4,84 dan 6,71 dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran STEM-PjBL efektif dan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. The problem in this study is how the influence of STEM-PjBL on students' mastery of concepts and creative thinking skills on renewable energy material. The selection of renewable energy material in Physics learning because it is very relevant to the STEM-PjBL model, STEM-PjBL has stages of reflection, research, discovery, application, and communication. The research was conducted at one of the State Senior High Schools in Palembang and the research time was the even semester of the 2023-2024 academic year with 40 students. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out with multiple choice questions and essay questions in the pre-test and post-test to assess STEM-PjBL activities on students' mastery of concepts and creative thinking skills. In addition, data collection was carried out by assessing student worksheet, assessing the creative products of each group of students and observing STEM-PjBL with assessments that had been designed by researchers. The results of the study are that the STEM-PjBL model has been successfully implemented well, which is indicated by the high percentage of implementation of each meeting, namely 97%, 100% and 100%. This success confirms that the STEM-PjBL model is effective in helping students master concepts and creative thinking skills. Based on the N-Gain analysis of 0.84 and 0.842, paired sample t test 0.000 and effect size 4.84 and 6.71, it can be concluded that the STEM-PjBL model is effective and has a significant influence on improving students' mastery of concepts and creative thinking skills.
