Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dari iklim kerja, gambaran dari kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Induk Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di 5 Unit Kerja Kantor Induk Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat sebanyak 154 responden dengan sampel 61 responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran iklim kerja dalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor Weight Means Score sebesar 3,53. Gambaran kinerja pegawai dalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor Weight Means Score sebesar 3,63. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t-statistik sebesar (9,923) > 1,96 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara positif antara iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Induk Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pada nilai R-Square sebesar 0,688 yang berarti model ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan (atau pengaruh) iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 68,8% dan model dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bentuk fit model yang moderat. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population of this study were all employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in 5 Work Units of the Main Office of the West Java Provincial Education Office as many as 154 respondents with a sample of 61 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis using Smart PLS 4.0 software. The findings in this study indicate that the description of the work climate is in a very good category with a Weight Means Score of 3.53. The description of employee performance in the category is very good with a Weight Means Score of 3.63. Based on hypothesis testing, the t-statistic value is (9.923) > 1.96 and the significance is 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a positive influence between the work climate on employee performance at the Main Office of the West Java Provincial Education Office. The R-Square value is 0.688, which means that this model shows that the relationship (or influence) of the work climate on employee performance is 68.8% and the model from the results of this study shows a moderate form of fit model.
