Abstract

Keamanan informasi merupakan salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi pada masa sekarang yang dinilai dapat mengurangi risiko adanya tindak kejahatan dalam pengelolaan sistem informasi. Penerapan keamanan informasi juga menjadi aspek krusial dalam pengelolaan sistem informasi akademik, terutama pada lingkup perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keamanan informasi pada Sistem Informasi Akademik Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (SIAK UPI) menggunakan Indeks Keamanan Informasi (KAMI) yang diselaraskan dengan standar ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara terstruktur yang diisi oleh tim manajemen keamanan informasi dan pengguna terkait di UPI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan SIAK UPI terhadap ISO/IEC 27001:2022 berada pada kategori baik ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun UPI telah menerapkan sebagian besar kontrol keamanan yang diwajibkan oleh standar internasional, masih terdapat beberapa area yang memerlukan perbaikan, terutama dalam hal pengelolaan risiko dan pemantauan berkelanjutan terhadap efektivitas kontrol keamanan yang diterapkan. ----- Information security is one form of technology utilization today which is considered to be able to reduce the risk of crime in the management of information systems. The implementation of information security is also a crucial aspect in the management of academic information systems, especially in the scope of higher education. This study aims to determine the level of information security in the Academic Information System of the Indonesian Education University (SIAK UPI) using the Information Security Index (KAMI) which is aligned with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard. The research method used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and structured interviews filled out by the information security management team and related users at UPI. The results of the study indicate that the level of compliance of SIAK UPI with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is in the good category, indicating that although UPI has implemented most of the security controls required by international standards, there are still several areas that require improvement, especially in terms of risk management and continuous monitoring of the effectiveness of the security controls implemented.
