Abstract

Penulisan ini dilakukan atas dasar temuan masalah di lembaga seperti adanya indikasi kekurangan pegawai dengan jumlah pekerjaan yang diterima berlebih sehingga pegawai bisa bekerja melebihi batas waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penulisan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif, serta responden sebanyak 56 pegawai dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Pengolahan data penulisan dilakukan menggunakan program Microsoft Office Excel dan program Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) yang dimulai dengan uji analisis kecenderungan melalui teknik Weight Mean Score (WMS). Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis tersebut, beban kerja dan kinerja pegawai di Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat berada dalam kategori sangat baik dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 3.2 dan 3.3. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel berpengaruh, dengan hasil beban kerja berpengaruh positif sebesar 54,8% terhadap kinerja pegawai dan sisanya 45,2% dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Selanjutnya ditunjukkan hasil nilai signifikansi dengan nilai t yang didapatkan sebesar 3,330 > 1,673, sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara positif dari Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. The purpose of this research is to find out how much the workload affects employee performance at the Regional Inspectorate of West Java Province. This research was conducted using quantitative and descriptive methods, and respondents were 56 employees with data collection using questionnaires. The research data processing was carried out using the Microsoft Office Excel program and the Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) program which began with a trend analysis test, the workload and performance of employees at the Regional Inspectorate of West Java Province are in the very good category with a score of 3.2 and 3.3. The results of the hypothesis test show that the relationship between the two variables is influential, with the workload results having a positive effect of 54,8% on employee performance and the remaining 45,2% can be influenced by the other factors. Furthermore, the results of the significance value with the t – value obtained were 3,330 > 1,673, so that it was concluded that there was a significant positive influence of the Workload on Employee Performance at the Regional Inspectorate of West Java Province.
