Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan Grand Hotel Preanger Bandung, serta untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan Grand Hotel Preanger Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh karyawan tetap di hotel tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan program SPSS versi 29 dengan teknik Analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Grand Hotel Preanger Bandung. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi (p-value) yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,426 yang berarti bahwa komunikasi interpersonal memberikan kontribusi sebesar 42,6% terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas komunikasi interpersonal di lingkungan kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. This study aims to identify the influence of Interpersonal Communication on the performance of Grand Hotel Preanger Bandung employees, as well as to analyze how much Interpersonal Communication affects the performance of Grand Hotel Preanger Bandung employees. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to all permanent employees at the hotel. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 29 program with descriptive analysis techniques and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that interpersonal communication has a significant influence on employee performance at Grand Hotel Preanger Bandung. This is shown by a significance value (p-value) smaller than 0.05 and a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.426 which means that interpersonal communication contributes 42.6% to employee performance, while the rest is influenced by other factors. Based on these results, it can be concluded that improving the quality of interpersonal communication in the work environment can significantly improve employee performance.
