Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecemburuan dan tipe kelekatan pada pasangan berpacaran mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 371 orang menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, sedang berpacaran dan pernah atau sedang merasakan kecemburuan dari diri sendiri atau pasangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua instrument yaitu Interpersonal Jealousy Scale (IJS) untuk mengukur variabel kecemburuan dan The Experiences in Close Relationship-Revised Questionnaire (ECR-R) untuk mengukur tipe kelekatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kecemburuan dan kedua tipe kelekatan menghindar (avoidant) dan kecemasan (anxiety) pada pasangan berpacaran mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The aim of this research is to find out the correlation between jealousy and attachment styles in romantic relationship among Indonesian University of Education. This research uses quantitative approach with correlational design. The sample of this research consist of 371 subjects selected by using purposive sampling method with criteria such as students Indonesian University of Education, currently in romantic relationship, have experienced or are experiencing jealousy because of themselves or their parthers. This research utilized two instruments; Interpersonal Jealousy Scale (IJS) to measure jealousy and The Experiences in Close Relationship-Revised Questionnaire (ECR-R) to measure attachment styles. The results of this research shows that jealousy has a correlation with both type of attachment styles which are avoidant and anxiety in student’s romantic relationship at the Indonesian University of Education.
