Abstract
Environmental awareness merupakan elemen dari green skills yang penting untuk dimiliki oleh siswa Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian (APHP). Environmental awareness dapat membantu siswa untuk mengembangkan sikap dan kemauan untuk memperhatikan isu dan tantangan lingkungan saat ini serta belajar tentang pembangunan berkelanjutan. Peningkatan environmental awareness dapat dilakukan dengan bantuan media pembelajaran untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran bermanfaat untuk meletakkan dasar-dasar penting dalam perkembangan belajar dan menumbuhkan pemikiran yang teratur dan terus-menerus. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti adalah modul elektronik atau e-modul. Materi mengenai environmental awareness diinfusi ke dalam e-modul. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kelayakan e-modul pengolahan ikan berkelanjutan, mengetahui pengetahuan environmental awareness siswa, dan kemampuan psikomotorik siswa setelah menggunakan e-modul pengolahan ikan berkelanjutan pada elemen Produksi Olahan Hasil Hewani. Pengembangan e-modul dilakukan dengan metode Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, & Evaluation (ADDIE) dan penerapan e-modul menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul dinyatakan “sangat layak” untuk digunakan berdasarkan validasi dari ahli media, ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan respon siswa. Pengetahuan environmental awareness siswa meningkat dari nilai rata-rata kategori “sangat rendah” menjadi “cukup”. Kemampuan psikomotorik siswa setelah menggunakan e-modul termasuk dalam kategori “sangat baik”. E-modul pengolahan ikan berkelanjutan dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik oleh siswa maupun guru dalam proses pembelajaran pada elemen produksi olahan hasil hewani. Environmental awareness is an element of green skills that is important for Agribusiness Processing Agricultural Products student to have. Environmental awareness can help students to develop attitudes and willingness to pay attention to current environmental issues and challenges and learn about sustainable development. Increasing environmental awareness can be achieved through learning process with the aid of instructional media. Learning media is useful for laying important foundations in learning development and fostering regular and continuous thinking. The instructional media developed in this research is electronic module or e-module. Lessons regarding environmental awareness is infused into the e-module. The aim of this research is to determine the feasibility of the sustainable fish processing e-module, determine student’s environmental awareness knowledge, and student’s psychomotor abilities after using the sustainable fish processing e-module in the Processed Animal Products Production element. The e-module development was carried out using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, & Evaluation (ADDIE) method and the implementation of the e-module using CAR (Classroom Action Research) method. The result of this study showed that the e-module is considered “highly suitable” for use, as validated media expert, subject material experts, language expert, and student responses. Students’ environmental awareness knowledge increased from the average score in the “very low” category to “sufficient”. Students’ psychomotor abilities after using the e-module are in the “very good” category. The sustainable fish processing e-module can be used as an interactive and interesting learning medium by students and teachers in the learning process on the elements of processed animal product production.
