Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar temuan masalah dilembaga seperti adanya indikasi rendahnya produktivitas kerja. Produktivitas kerja personel mencerminkan kinerja internal Lembaga dan menunjukan sejauh mana system kerja yang diterapkan berhasil menghaslkan output yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat Pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif kausal dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan total sampling berjumlah 42 personel polri, dan Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan angket tertutup. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis deskriptif variabel tingkat Pendidikan memiliki kategorisasi yang sedang. Begitupun dengan hasil ketagorisasi variable pengalaman kerja dan produktivitas kerja yaitu dalam kategorisasi sedang. Adapun teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis t, dan uji hipotesis f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai thitung 6,839 > ttabel 1,684, dan secara parsial pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai 3,353 > 1,684. Hasil uji f dengan nilai F hitung = 70.373 > F tabel = 3,24 dan sig 0,000 < 0,05 artinya secara simultan tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja berpengarh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja personel Sespimma Lemdiklat Polri This research was conducted based on the findings of problems in the institution such as indications of low work productivity. The work productivity of personnel reflects the internal performance of the Institute and shows the extent to which the work system implemented succeeds in producing the desired output. This study aims to determine the extent to which the level of education and work experience affects work productivity. This research method is a causal associative method and a quantitative approach with a total sampling of 42 police personnel, and the data collection technique in this study is by distributing questionnaires with closed questionnaires. Based on the calculation of descriptive analysis, the education level variable has a moderate categorisation. Likewise, the results of the categorisation of work experience variables and work productivity are in moderate categorisation. The data analysis technique is carried out through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t hypothesis test, and f hypothesis test. The results showed that partially the level of education has a positive effect on work productivity with a tcount value of 6.839> t table 1.684, and partially work experience has a positive effect on work productivity with a value of 3.353> 1.684. The results of the f test with the value of F count = 70.373 > F table = 3.24 and sig 0.000 < 0.05 means that simultaneously the level of education and work experience has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of the personnel of Sespimma Lemdiklat Polri
