Abstract

ABSTRAK Teknologi berkembang semakin pesat seiring dengan revolusi industri 4.0 mengakibatkan perkembangan dan transformasi digital yang cepat. Pendidikan harus mampu mempersiapkan siswanya untuk dapat bersaing secara global. Lembaga pendidikan dapat memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk melibatkan siswa dalam berbagai model pembelajaran. Kehadiran teknologi harus dibersamai dengan keterampilan abad 21, diantaranya adalah literasi digital. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif (peningkatan) penerapan Project based learning terintegrasi isu sosiosaintifik pada materi keanekaragaman hayati terhadap literasi digital siswa SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Pre-Eksperimental dengan desain penelitian one group Pre-test-Post-test design. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X salah satu SMA di Kota Bandung yang terdiri atas 36 orang siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari kuesioner, lembar observasi, dan rubrik penilaian produk. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dan uji analisis N-Gain dengan bantuan program SPSS Ver. 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keterlaksanaan Project based learning terintegrasi isu sosiosaintifik pada materi keanekaragaman hayati berada pada kategori sangat baik (92,61%). Terjadi peningkatan pada literasi digital siswa dari kategori tinggi menjadi sangat tinggi dengan perolehan N-Gain sebesar 0,59 dan berada pada kategori sedang. Literasi digital pada produk Handbook digital yang dibuat oleh siswa memperoleh rerata skor sebesar 86,75% dan berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. ABSTRACT Rapid technological advancement and the fourth industrial revolution are causing a rapid development and transformation of the digital world. Students need to be prepared for global competition through education. Digital technology can be employed by educational establishments to involve students in diverse learning approaches. Digital literacy is one of the 21st century skills that must coexist with technology. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether project-based learning combined with socioscientific topics in biodiversity content improves high school students' digital literacy. The Pre-Experimental approach with a single group Pre-test-Post-test design was employed in this study. The class X pupils from one of Bandung City's high schools made up the population and sample for this study. Questionnaires, observation sheets, and product rating rubrics were the devices employed. With the use of the SPSS Ver software, the collected data were examined using the paired sample t-test and the N-Gain analysis test. 25. The study's findings indicate that project-based learning combined with socioscientific issues in biodiversity topics implemented in a very good way (92.61%). With an N-Gain gain of 0.59 and placement in the medium category, the pupils' digital literacy increased from the high category to the very high category. The student-created digital Handbook product's digital literacy component received an average score of 86.75%, placing it in the very high category.
