Abstract

Permasalahan pada kemandirian anak sering kali ditemukan karena kurang tepatnya pola asuh terhadap anak. Permasalahan kemandirian anak seringkali terjadi di rumah dan lingkungannya seperti kesulitan berkomunikasi atau berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Metode penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitan ex post facto dengan pendekatan Causal compararative research yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif pola asuh demokratis terhadap kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun. Dalam penelitian ini Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 orangtua kelas B TK QA dan yang digunakan sampel pada penelitian ini 30orangtua kelas B TK QA yang menerapkan pola asuh demokratis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pola asuh demokratis yang terdiri dari 5 indikator, untuk variabel kemandirian anak terdiri dari 7 indikator. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SPSS data dalam penelitian ini bersifat normal dan linear. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwasannya pola asuh demokratis berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemandirian anak. ----- Problems with children's independence are often found due to inappropriate parenting. Problems with children's independence often occur at home and in their environment such as difficulty communicating or interacting with others. This research method is a type of ex post facto research with a causal comparative research approach which aims to determine the positive effect of democratic parenting on the independence of children aged 5-6 years. In this study, the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. The population in this study were 48 parents of class B TK QA and the sample used in this study were 30 parents of class B TK QA who applied democratic parenting. The results of this study indicate that democratic parenting consists of 5, for children's independence variables consist of 7 indicators. Based on the results of SPSS analysis, the data in this study are normal and linear. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that democratic parenting has a significant effect on children's independence.
