Abstract
Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata alam yang terdapat di Kota Bandung sedang dihadapkan dengan permasalahan rendahnya behavioral intention wisatawan. Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda berupaya meningkatkan behavioral intention yang dimiliki. Memorable tourist experience menjadi variabel bebas dalam penelitian yang terdiri dari dimensi hedonisme ,social interaction, novelty, meaningfulness yang berhubungan dengan variabel positive emotion yang terdiri dari emotional spark dan flow serta variabel terikat behavioral intention terdapat dimensi recommendation intention dan revisit intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik sampling yaitu convience sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 213 responden yang merupakan wisatawan yang telah mengunjungi Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda Teknik analisis data dan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM). Dalam hasil penelitian memorable tourist experience memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap positive emotion. Kemudian positive emotion memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap behavioral intention Faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah hedonism, Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda sangat mengutamakan kesenangan dan kepuasan yang bisa dirasakan wisatawan ketika berkunjung. Faktor perceived risk seperti kriminalitas, harga dan keselamatan memediasi antara memorable tourist experience terhadap behavioral intention dimasa depan. Kata Kunci : Memorable Tourist Experience, Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda, behavioral intention, perceived risk. Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda as one of the natural tourist destinations in Bandung City is facing the problem of low behavioral intentions of tourists. Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda seeks to improve the behavioral intention it has. Memorable tourist experience is an independent variable in the study consisting of dimensions of hedonism, social interaction, novelty, meaningfulness related to positive emotion variables consisting of emotional spark and flow and dependent variables of behavioral intention there are dimensions of recommendation intention and revisit intention. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using a survey method with a sampling technique, namely convenience sampling. The research sample consisted of 213 respondents who were tourists who had visited Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda Data analysis and hypothesis testing techniques used were structural equation modeling (SEM). In the results of the study, memorable tourist experience has a significant influence on positive emotion. Then positive emotion has a significant influence on behavioral intention. The most influential factor is hedonism, Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda prioritizes the pleasure and satisfaction that tourists can feel when visiting. Perceived risk factors such as crime, price and safety mediate between memorable tourist experience and future behavioral intention. Keywords : Memorable Tourist Experience, Grand Forest Park Ir. H.
