Abstract

Masalah keberlanjutan usaha Roti Kembung Haneut menjadi tantangan utama karena ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan usaha tersebut salah satunya yaitu penurunan pendapatan akibat berkurangnya jumlah pelanggan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas seseorang dapat berperan penting dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut. Oleh karena itu, memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan usaha sangatlah penting, dengan memfokuskan mahasiswa fakultas kewirausahaan sebagai salah satu pihak yang ikut terlibat dalam usaha Roti Kembung Haneut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas mahasiswa mempengaruhi keberlanjutan usaha Roti Kembung Haneut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif yang tujuannya untuk menggambarkan serta melakukan uji pengaruh ketiga variabel yaitu pendidikan kewirausahaan sebagai variabel independent (X), kreativitas mahasiswa sebagai variabel intervening (Z), dan keberlanjutan usaha sebagai variabel dependent (Y). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, dengan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara langsung variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap variabel keberlanjutan usaha melalui kreativitas mahasiswa. Selain itu, hasil penelitian secara parsial juga menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas mahasiswa berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan usaha dengan nilai yang signifikan. The problem of sustainability of the Haneut Bloated Roti business is a major challenge because there are several factors that influence the sustainability of the business, one of which is a decrease in income due to a decrease in the number of customers. Entrepreneurial education and a person's creativity can play an important role in overcoming this problem. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence business sustainability is very important. By focusing on entrepreneurship faculty students as one of the parties involved in the Haneut Bloated Roti business, this research aims to understand how entrepreneurial education and student creativity influence the sustainability of the Haneut Bloated Roti business. This research was carried out using quantitative research methods with a descriptive and verification approach whose aim was to describe and test the influence of three variables, namely entrepreneurship education as the independent variable (X), student creativity as the intervening variable (Z), and business sustainability as the dependent variable (Y). . Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, with data analysis using descriptive statistics and path analysis tests. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant direct influence of the entrepreneurship education variable on the business sustainability variable through student creativity. Apart from that, partial research results also show that entrepreneurship education and student creativity have a significant effect on business sustainability.
