Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh yang positif terkait variabel sistem informasi akuntansi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja koperasi pada koperasi simpan pinjam di Kota Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah koperasi simpan pinjam yang berada di Kota Bandung dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 koperasi simpan pinjam di Kota Bandung. metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang ditentukan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Dalam melakukan analisis dan pengujian hipotesis, peneliti menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat uji SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sistem informasi akuntansi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja koperasi. This study aims to find out and analyze whether there is a positive influence related to the variables of accounting information systems and human resource competence on the performance of cooperatives in savings and loan cooperatives in the city of Bandung. This type of research is a quantitative research with the population in this study is a savings and loan cooperative in the city of Bandung with a sample of 10 savings and loan cooperatives in the city of Bandung. The method used in this sampling uses a purposive sampling technique that is determined based on certain criteria. In analyzing and testing the hypothesis, the researcher used the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with the SmartPLS 3.0 test tool. The results of the study show that the variables of accounting information systems and human resource competence have a positive influence on the performance of cooperatives.
