Abstract

Model pembelajaran musik berbasis komposisi musik sekolah melalui pemanfaatan perkakas sebagai media kreativitas di SMKN 12 Bandung adalah judul yang mengungkap tentang rancangan, implementasi, dan efektifitas model pembelajaran tersebut dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kompetensi musikal siswa yang mencakup sikap apresiatif dan kemampuan kreatif. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, setiap sekolah menengah kejuruan memiliki potensi dan keunikan produktif kejuruan yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media kreativitas dalam mengkreasikan komposisi musik sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah action research, dibantu dengan teknik pengumpulan data antara lain: observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan eksperimen, dan untuk menganalisis data digunakan triangulasi data. Setelah penerapan model tersebut, apresiasi dan kreativitas siswa mengalami peningkatan, indikasinya ada pada antusias dan keaktifan siswa selama proses pembelajaran, serta meningkatnya keterampilan siswa dalam mengkreasikan komposisi musik melalui penggunaan media perkakas tangan. Diharapkan model pembelajaran ini dapat diuji-cobakan di sekolah menengah kejuruan lain untuk mengetahui efektivitasnya. Kata kunci : Model Pembelajaran, Komposisi Musik, Perkakas Tangan Music learning model based on school musical composition through the use of hand tools as a creativity media in SMKN 12 Bandung is a title that reveals the design, implementation, and effectiveness of the learning model with the purpose to improve and develop the musical competence of students which includes an appreciative attitude and creative abilities. Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted by the researchers, each vocational high schools have vocational productive potential and uniqueness that can be used as a medium for creativity in the creation of music composition in the school. The method used was action research, assisted with data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, documentation, and experimentation. Triangulation was used for data analysis. After the application of the model, appreciation and creativity of students has increased, there are indications in the enthusiasm and activeness to the students during learning process, and improved students' skills in the creation of music composition through the use of hand tools media. It is expected that this learning model can be trialed at other vocational schools to determine their effectiveness. Keywords: Models of Learning, Music Composition, Hand Tools
