Abstract

Kedisiplinan dan fasilitas kerja merupakan elemen penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami gambaran tentang kedisiplinan dan fasilitas kerja, serta kinerja karyawan di PT Pos Indonesia KCU Kota Bekasi. Selain itu, tujuannya adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja dan fasilitas kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana kedisiplinan dan fasilitas kerja berpengaruh bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 karyawan dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, studi pustaka, dan penggunaan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa tingkat disiplin kerja sebesar 3,14 berada dalam kategori cukup baik, fasilitas kerja sebesar 3,45 dalam kategori baik, dan kinerja karyawan sebesar 3,98 dalam kategori cukup baik. Hasil uji regresi dan hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa baik disiplin kerja maupun fasilitas kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kedua faktor tersebut juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kontribusi disiplin kerja dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Bekasi sebesar 58%, sementara 42% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Discipline and work facilities are important elements in increasing employee efficiency and effectiveness. This research aims to understand the picture of discipline and work facilities, as well as employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia KCU Bekasi City. In addition, the aim is to evaluate the influence of work discipline and work facilities partially on employee performance, and to identify the extent to which work discipline and work facilities influence employee performance together. This research involved 100 employees and used quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, literature study, and using questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the level of work discipline is 3.14 in the quite good category, work facilities are 3.45 in the good category, and employee performance is 3.98 in the quite good category. The results of the regression and hypothesis tests show that both work discipline and work facilities partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Apart from that, these two factors also have a positive and significant influence together on employee performance. The contribution of work discipline and work facilities to the performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bekasi City employees is 58%, while the remaining 42% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.
