Abstract

Penurunan pencapaian kinerja pegawai tahunan pada PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Asia Afrika dinilai disebabkan oleh rendahnya motivasi yang dimiliki karyawan dengan hasil pra-survey sebesar 2.91 masuk kedalam kategori rendah. Penelitian ini menyoroti dampak substansial dan hubungan positif yang kuat antara penilaian kinerja memengaruhi motivasi karyawan di PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Asia Afrika Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif, dengan menerapkan teknik kuantitatif dan menyebarkan kuesioner terstruktur kepada 60 karyawan. Berdasarkan nilai t_hitung sebesar 3,173, yang melebihi nilai t_(krisis )sebesar 1,671 hipotesis alternatif diterima dan hipotesis nol ditolak. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi karyawan. Persamaan Y = 31,095 + 0,304X menggambarkan bahwa peningkatan satu unit dalam skor penilaian kinerja berkorelasi dengan peningkatan motivasi karyawan sebesar 0,304 unit. Koefisien determinasi (R-squared) sebesar 0,148 menunjukkan bahwa variasi dalam ulasan kinerja dapat menjelaskan 14,8% dari variasi dalam motivasi karyawan. The decline in the achievement of annual employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Asia Afrika is considered to be due to the low motivation of employees with a pre-survey result of 2.91 in the low category. This research highlights the substantial impact and strong positive relationship between performance appraisals influencing employee motivation at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Asia Afrika Bandung. The approach used in this study is a descriptive approach, by applying quantitative techniques and distributing a structured questionnaire to 60 employees. Based on the t- value of 3,173, which exceeded the t(crisis) value of 1,671, the alternative hypothesis was accepted and the zero hypothesis was rejected. The results showed that performance appraisals significantly increased employee motivation. The equation Y = 31.095 + 0.304X illustrates that an increase of one unit in the performance appraisal score correlates with an increase in employee motivation by 0.304 units. The determination coefficient (R-squared) of 0.148 shows that variation in performance reviews can explain 14.8% of the variation in employee motivation.
