Abstract

Tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21 mengharuskan siswa memiliki keterampilan selain pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terintegrasi Jigsaw terhadap penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa SMA pada materi Sistem Respirasi manusia. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan non-equivalent control group design dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA yang terdiri atas kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terintegrasi Jigsaw dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu instrumen tes untuk mengukur penguasaan konsep siswa berupa soal pilihan ganda dan instrumen non-tes berupa lembar observasi disertai rubrik penilaian untuk mengukur keterampilan kolaborasi siswa. Berdasarkan temuan-temuan penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada kemampuan penguasaan konsep siswa antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol setelah dilakukan pembelajaran pada materi Sistem Respirasi manusia. Adapun keterampilan kolaborasi siswa menunjukkan hasil pada kategori yang sangat baik setelah pembelajaran Sistem Respirasi menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terintegrasi Jigsaw. Simpulan hasil penelitian menunjukkan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terintegrasi Jigsaw berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penguasaan konsep siswa dan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa pada materi Sistem Respirasi manusia. This study aims to obtain information about the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with Jigsaw on the mastery of concepts and collaboration skills of high school students on the material of the human respiration system. This research design uses a non-equivalent control group design with the research subjects are XI MIPA class students consisting of experimental classes treated with the Jigsaw integrated Problem Based Learning (PBL) model and control classes that use learning with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The research instruments used were test instruments to measure students' concept mastery in the form of multiple choice questions and non-test instruments in the form of observation sheets accompanied by an assessment rubric to measure students' collaboration skills. Based on the research findings, it was found that there was a significant difference in students' concept mastery ability between the experimental class and the control class after learning the material on the human respiration system. The collaboration skills of students showed results in a very good category after learning the respiration system using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with Jigsaw. The conclusion of the research states that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with Jigsaw has a significant effect on students' concept mastery and student collaboration skills on human respiration system material.
